Present PerfectUsamos el Presente Perfecto para decir
que una acción que ocurrió en un
tiempo no especificado antes de ahora,
se usa para hablar de costumbres, de
cosas que no cambian, que se repiten o
que en general son verdadNo se puede usar el Presente
Perfecto con expresiones de tiempo
específicos, tales como: ayer, hace
un año, la semana pasada, cuando
yo era un niño, cuando vivía en
Japón, en ese momento, ese día,
un día, entre otros.Podemos utilizar el Presente Perfecto
con expresiones inespecíficos como:
nunca, nunca, una vez que, muchas
veces, varias veces, antes, hasta
ahora, ya, sin embargo, entre otros.

Present Perfect ContinuousUsamos este tiempo cuando queremos expresar el sentidode la continuidad de una acción que ha comenzado en elpasado y que dura todavía en el presente o que acaba determinar. Como en el presente perfecto, usamos el verboauxiliar "to have" además de "been" (el participio pasadodel verbo "to be") y más el gerundio del verbo.
Oraciones Negativas: Sujeto + Auxiliar (Has / Have)+ Not + Verbo To be ( Pasado Participio) « Been » + V.ing + C.
Oraciones Interrogativas: Auxiliar (Has / Have) + Sujeto + Verbo To be ( Pasado Participio) «Been» + V.ing + C ?.

Past Perfect ContinuousSe utiliza para la acción en el proceso y el pasadosimple para la acción que interrumpe la acción enproceso. Nos referimos a algo que hemos estadohaciendo en un período de tiempo, por lo tanto,solemos usar las preposiciones de tiempo "for" y"since".
