Did you notice any patternswith these verbs?
Verbos Reflexivos
• If a verb has “se” attached after the –AR, -ER, or –IR ending, that tells us that the verb is reflexive.
• When we conjugate reflexive verbs, we put a reflexive pronoun before the conjugated verb.
• The verbs conjugate regularly… unless they’re stem-changing verbs (aka boot verbs)
You’re already familiar with reflexive verbs!!
• ¿Como te llamas?• Me llamo Señorita Space y mi gato se llama Grover.
• Gustar is NOT a reflexive verb.– Note that we say… “Ella le gusta”– But we say… “Ella se llama.”
gustar is NOT reflexive!!

What happens if we add a reflexive pronoun to a verb that is not reflexive?• almorzar– Mi abuelo se almuerzo cada día.
• desayunar– Mis amigos les gusta desayunarse cada mañana.
