To facilitate high-‐quality communica2on
in the two official languages established by PASO: English and Spanish,
through transla2on and interpreta2on services in compe$$ve and non-‐compe$$ve events
during the Guadalajara 2011 Pan American and Parapan American Games.

Be punctual, and if possible try to arrive 10 minutes earlier than when you were scheduled for.

Become familiar with the venues: Access routes, evacua$on routes, opera$on areas, medical areas, sanitary services and emergency telephone numbers.
