  • IntroduccinEstimacin se realiza a partir de un pequeo nmero de muestras (usualmente menos de 1/1.000.000 del volumen a estimar)Muestras deben ser de alta calidad para representar adecuadamente el volumen estimadoRecordar definiciones importantes:Muestra: Es una parte del lote, generalmente obtenida por la unin de varios incrementos o fracciones del lote, y cuyo objetivo es representar el lote en las operaciones subsecuentes.   • Procedimiento de Control de CalidadLa preparacin de muestras se hace de acuerdo a un protocolo preestablecido que tiene un Error Fundamental aceptable.

    El programa de control de calidad usualmente consiste en:

    Tomar duplicados (5% = una de cada 20 muestras) en cada etapa de reduccin de masa del protocolo. Para controlar precisin.

    Introducir 5% de muestras en blanco al comienzo del proceso, para evitar contaminacin de equipos.

    Preparar e introducir muestras estndar en cada batch enviado a anlisis qumico para controlar exactitud.

    Hacer controles peridicos de granulometra en cada etapa de conminucin.
