Tumor claramente relacionado con la cirrosis y las hepatitis víricas.
Suele aparecer de forma silente, en pacientes con cirrosis pero que todavía no se han descompensado.
El HBV es el segundo carcinógeno mundial en importancia tras el tabaco (CDC).
Causa entre el 60-80% de todos los cánceres primarios.

TELBIVUDINA Y ENTECAVIR
Entecavir tiene poco efecto, pero suficiente para generar resistencias en el VIH. No darlo en monoterapia.
Telbivudina tiene resistencias cruzadas con el 3TC para el VHB, y una barrera genetica intermedia.
Telbivudina tambien podria tener algo de potencia frente al VIH.
