Objetivo General.

Adiestrar al trabajador, en el uso de tcnicas administrativas, herramientas de planificacin,organizacin, control y evaluacin, en la logstica de los Servicios Generales, con el fin de

hacer ms eficiente el desempeo de sus actividades e ir aplicando metodologas de gestinde calidad, para obtener los mas altos niveles de eficiencia, con lacorrecta utilizacin delrecurso humano y de los recursos materiales, que contribuirn a lograr un ambiente detrabajo excelente y elevar los niveles de eficiencia de la organizacin.

Objetivo Especfico:

El contenido de instruccin se basa, en cuatro unidades bien definidas, en la cuales alfinalizar el curso, se deben observar conductas en la que, el participante comience aplicaruna reingeniera y hacer uso de las herramientas para lograr el ms eficiente funcionamientodel departamento que dirige, con el fin de adaptarlo, a las normativas de calidad y excelencia,conforme a la misin y visin de la organizacin.

2. Organizacin del departamento de SG

3. Definicin de las actividades de SG

Unidad II: Organizacin de la Gestin de Servicios Generales

1. Elaboracin de organigrama de SG

2. Definicin de cargos, atribuciones y responsabilidades del personal de SG

3. Elaboracin de manual de procedimientos de SG segn estructura y actividad

Unidad III: Gestin de Servicios Generales

1. Definicin de actividades permanentes, planificadas y de emergencia

2. Planificacin de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo de mobiliario, infraestructura,equipos, maquinaria, flota de vehculos, etc

3. Planificacin de actividades de apoyo a las otras unidades de la empresa.

4. Elaboracin de presupuesto de gastos en SG, para actividades permanentes,planificadas y de emergencia.

5. Manejo y control en reduccin de gastos en la organizacin.

6. Aplicacin de las medidas de seguridad industrial en la organizacin.

Unidad IV: Control de Gestin:

1. Seguimiento y control de las actividades permanentes, planificadas y de emergencia.

2. Evaluacin previa de proveedores se servicios, contratacin de servicios tcnicos, deseguridad industrial, vigilancia, limpieza de oficinas u otros.

3. Tcnicas de negociacin y alianzas con proveedores

4. Evaluacin continua de proveedores de servicios y mercancas.5. Control de inventario de herramientas, repuestos, equipos, bajo responsabilidad de SG

6. Control y seguimiento de siniestros, robos, hurtos, atracos a inmuebles, vehculos yotros bienes de la empresa con las compaas de Seguros.

7. Evaluacin estadstica de las actividades permanentes, planificadas y de emergencia,de inventarios, de servicios contratados, siniestros, etc.

8. Elaboracin de informe consolidado de gestin.

Estrategias metodolgicas:

La metodologa es mediante las tcnicas: disertacin, explicacin, estudio dirigido, tormentasde ideas, formulacin de proyectos, estudio de casos, discusin de debates, dramatizacin,resolucin de problemas, lectura de tipo complementario y la utilizacin de los siguientesrecursos Pizarrn, Rotafolio, Video Beam, y computadoras o laptop llevadas por el

participante en el caso de que disponga de alguna.Dirigido a:

El curso esta dirigido a las personas a nivel Gerencial, Supervisorio, Asistentes yAdministrativo, tengan ingerencia directa con el departamento de los Servicios Generales, oaquellos departamentos a quien Servicios Generales le reporte, con conocimientos en manejode hojas de clculo como Excel, Lotus, etc. y en procesamiento de textos, tambin se esrecomendable que tenga conocimientos en sistemas administrativos, como Saint, SAP, etc.

Adems esta d irigido a todas aquellas empresas que no tengan un departamento de ServiciosGenerales estructurado y al personal que este siendo promovido a dichos cargos.
