LA DIVERGENCIA ENTRE POBLACIONES SE DEBE A: Deriva, Mi ió M ió S l ióMigración, Mutación y Selección
La mayor parte de las distancias asumen un modelo de deriva y mutación
-La distancia estándar de Nei es preferible para marcadores genéticos con bajo nivel de mutación (proteinas), y poblaciones que se genéticos con bajo nivel de mutación (proteinas), y poblaciones que se hayan separado durante mucho tiempo (especies).
