Today’s adventure takes us to a viewpoint, situated on the shores of a glacial lake, that allows us to observe the slender peaks of granite that give the park its name, Torres del Paine. Our excursion begins on horseback in Pesebrera (stables) and crosses a beautiful forest of Lenga Trees and Ascencio Valley until arriving to the Chileno refuge, from where we will continue our journey on foot. We will ascend a rocky area for around one hour, after which we will arrive to the spectacular Torres Base Viewpoint.

After a snack and allotted time for photography, we will follow the same trail back to the Chileno refuge, hop on our horses, and begin our return to the Welcome Center.

Este día de aventuras nos lleva a la base de las famosas Torres del Paine, desde cuyo mirador situado a orillas de la laguna glaciar, se pueden observar las esbeltas cumbres de granito que dan a este Parque Nacional su nombre. La excursión se inicia en la pesebrera donde comenzaremos la cabalgata por el sendero que asciende por el Valle Ascencio, atravesando un bello bosque de lenga hasta llegar al sector del refugio Chileno, donde desmontaremos para continuar nuestra travesía a pie. Ascenderemos por una zona rocosa o morrena por alrededor de 1 hora, hasta llegar al espectacular mirador Base de las Torres.

Después de un reponedor snack en la base y un tiempo prudente para fotografías, regresaremos por el mismo camino hacia el sector Chileno para buscar los caballos y comenzar el regreso hacia el Centro de Bienvenida.

This combined horseback and hiking excursion culminates in one of the National Park’s most striking viewpoints — over the 1,508 meter (5,000-foot) summit of Cerro Paine. The first section is undertaken on the saddle along a scenic forest section of the Ascencio Valley. This trail heads up on Agostini’s route where he took a famous picture in the 40’s. Leaving the horses behind, the group passes the treeline and hikes upwards to Cerro Paine’s windy summit. The view is truly astounding: the three towers rising in the west, the Paine river Valley and Laguna Azul in the east, lakes Nordenskjöld and Sarmiento in the south. A panorama that includes granite peaks, glaciers, lakes, forest and patagonian pampas in a single glimpse as you slowly twirl around. After a snack at the summit, we return via the same route to meet our horses and comeback to the stable.

Esta actividad combina trekking y cabalgata y tiene su punto culmine en uno de los miradores más impresionantes del Parque Nacional Torres del Paine, sobre la cumbre de 1.508 metros del Cerro Paine. La primera parte se realiza sobre la montura de nuestros caballos, a través de una hermosa área boscosa del Valle del Ascencio. Este sendero asciende por la ruta de Agostini, donde este famoso personaje tomó una reconocida foto de las Torres en los años 40. Luego de dejar los caballos el grupo comienza la caminata, siempre ascendiendo, hasta llegar a la ventosa cumbre del Cerro Paine. La vista es realmente única, impresionante: Las Torres encumbrándose hacia el oeste, el Valle del Río Paine y Laguna Azul en el este, los lagos Nordenskjöld y Sarmiento hacia el sur. Un panorama que incluye torres de granito, glaciares, lagos, bosques y pampas en una sola mirada en 360°. Luego de un reparador snack en la cumbre, retornamos por la misma ruta para reencontrarnos con nuestros caballos y regresar a la pesebrera.

This famous lake situated at the base of the Paine Massif is named after Otto Nordenskjöld (1869-1928), a Swedish-Finnish explorer who dedicated himself to the study of Antartica, Greenland, Chile, and Peru. Leaving from Pesebrera, our excursion follows the famous W Trail, passing the northern shores of the lake and Mount Almirante Nieto. We will cross various rivers and forests, having the opportunity to appreciate various viewpoints and Patagonian flora. In addition, we will meet our baqueanos and live a unique and authentic experience in Patagonia.

Through this excursion, we will have the chance to explore some lesser known places in the Cerro Paine Reserve. We will begin on horseback, heading toward Sector Serón, where we will have a spectacular view of Torres del Paine. We will then skirt the slopes of Cerro Paine to reach the Aboriginal Waterfall. Here, we will be able to make a small stop, dismount the horses, and approach the waterfall on foot.

Later, we will return via horseback towards the Ascencio Valley. We will see imposing rock walls that flank the valley, as well as Nordenskjöld Lake and Mount Almirante Nieto.

After the valley, we will head towards “Puma Cave Pass,” where, if we’re lucky, we can see traces of the passage of this fantastic animal, the king of the Patagonia.

Con esta excursión tendrás la posibilidad de recorrer algunos lugares poco explorados de Reserva Cerro Paine. Comenzaremos la cabalgata en dirección al sector Serón, donde tendremos una espectacular vista de las Torres del Paine, para luego continuar bordeando las faldas del Cerro Paine y llegar al sector de la Cascada Aborigen. Aquí podremos hacer una pequeña parada y desmontar para acercarnos a pie a la cascada.

Más tarde, retomaremos la cabalgata para dirigirnos hacia el Valle de Ascencio desde donde podremos contemplar las imponentes paredes de roca que flanquean el valle. Aquí tendremos una hermosa vista hacia el lago Nordenskjöld y al monte Almirante Nieto.

Así emprenderemos el regreso dirigiendo el paso por la “Cueva del Puma”, donde si tenemos suerte, podremos ver rastros del paso de este fantástico animal, rey de la Patagonia.

Saliendo desde el hotel, tomaremos un sendero muy empinado por la ladera oeste del Cerro Paine (1.508 metros), desde donde vemos el famoso sendero hacia la Base de las Torres. Ascendiendo por un bosque de lengas donde existe la posibilidad de avistar aves, la ruta alcanza la línea arbórea para llegar hasta el Mirador D’Agostini con sus vistas sobre el valle hacia las famosas Torres de granito, glaciares y lagos. Leaving the hotel, we will take a steep trail through the west hillside of Cerro Paine (1,508 meters). Ascending through a forest of Lengas, where we will possibly see birds, the route reaches the tree line and arrives at D’Agostini Viewpoint, providing views from the valley to lakes and the famous granite peaks. This horseback ride provides the opportunity to appreciate the majesty of Torres del Paine National Park in just half a day.

Gallop across the pampas and through the lenga forest on this equestrian adventure across the Cerro Paine Reserve. Starting off from our stables, the trip follows the “O” Circuit around the eastern edge of the Paine Massif into the valley of the Paine river. The lenga forest of this area provides a habitat for many birds including Magellanic woodpeckers, Austral parakeets and Chilean flickers. The trail also offers great views of Laguna Azul (Blue Lagoon) and Cerro Paine mountain before reaching Serón Campsite in the Valle Encantado where we can find a beautiful daisies during spring. After enjoying our box lunch at Serón, the group returns to the stable via the same route — with a chance to gallop across the open pampas.

For those of you who do not have experience riding horses, this excursion is the perfect opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with these beautiful animals and learn basic horseback riding techniques. What’s more is that you get to do in Torres del Paine!

For one hour, our guides and baqueanos will bring you around Hotel Las Torres and to some nearby viewpoints. This activity is especially recommended for kids and families that want to spend time with the horses and enjoy the incredible landscapes of this beautiful place.

Recorre con nosotros el principal sendero del Parque, que te llevará hasta el famoso mirador situado a orillas de la laguna glaciar desde donde se pueden observar las esbeltas torres de granito que dan a este Parque Nacional su nombre. La excursión se inicia en el Hotel Las Torres, donde comenzaremos la caminata por el sendero que asciende por el Valle del Ascencio, atravesando un bello bosque de lenga para más tarde llegar a una zona rocosa (“la Morrena”), que es la parte más dura del trekking y que termina en el espectacular mirador Base de las Torres.

Después de un reponedor snack en la base y un tiempo prudente para fotografías, regresaremos por el mismo camino hasta regresar al Hotel.

Walk the park’s main trail to a famous viewpoint, situated on the shores of a glacial lake, from where you can observe the slender, granite peaks that give the national park its name. The excursion begins in Hotel las Torres, where we will begin a hike through Ascencio Valley, crossing a beautiful forest of Lengas and later arriving to a rocky area (La Morrena), the most difficult section of the trail, and finishing at the spectacular Torres Base Viewpoint.

Departing from the hotel, the hike follows a steep path along the western slope of Cerro Paine (1,508 meters), from where we will see the famous Torres Base Trail. During an ascent through a forest of Lengas, where we will maybe see birds, the tour will reach the tree line and arrive to D’Agostini Viewpoint, which looks out towards a valley and the famous granite towers, glaciers, and lakes. This trek will provide visitors with an amazing opportunity to appreciate the majesty of the Torres del Paine National Park in just one day.

VALLE FRANCÉSFRENCH VALLEY

Una de nuestras excursiones más largas se aventura por el famoso Valle del Francés, el corazón del circuito “W”. Después de un viaje en vehículo de 45 minutos desde el hotel Las Torres, el grupo aborda el catamarán Hielos Patagónicos en el embarcadero Pudeto. Una navegación de 30 minutos nos lleva hasta la otra orilla del Lago Pehoé, en el sector Paine Grande, lugar de inicio de esta caminata. Los primeros 7km de la caminata son relativamente plana (alrededor de 300mts de diferencia en altitud), llevándonos por el lado norte del Lago Skottsberg en dirección al Valle del Francés y al sector del Campamento Italiano, donde tendremos tiempo para un descanso, para alimentarnos e hidratarnos. Los huéspedes tendrán la opción de llegar hasta este punto o continuar valle arriba, en una caminata que se sumerge en un hermoso bosque de lengas para llegar hasta un área con un hermoso paisaje sobre la línea del bosque deciduo. Luego de 2,5 km desde el Campamento Italiano, llegaremos a un mirador en la base de los Cuernos del Paine que nos permitirá tener espectaculares vistas del Glaciar Francés, los Cuernos del Paine, y hacia abajo, una maravillosa vista del valle y sus lagos. La altitud varía entre 700 a 800 metros.

One of our longest excursion ventures into the famous Valle Francés, in the heart of Torres del Paine National Park, and part of the famous “W” Trail. After a 45-minutes drive from the hotel, you will board the catamaran Hielos Patagónicos on the lakeshore near Pudeto Ranger Station. A half-hour cruise across Pehoé Lake brings us to Paine Grande, landing on the other side of the lake and the trailhead for the start of our trek. The first part of the trail is relatively flat (it changes about 300m/980ft), leading along the north side of Lago Skottsberg to the bottom of Valle Francés and Italiano Campsite where we break for water and snacks. Guests have the option of turning back at Italiano or continuing upwards, deeper into the Valle Francés along a steep trail through lenga woods and then a rocky moonscape above the treeline. Roughly 2.5 km (1,5miles) from Italiano, we reach a viewpoint on the foot of the “Horns” (Los Cuernos), that affords an awesome view of French Glacier coming down from Mount Paine Grande, the Cuernos del Paine peaks rising behind us, and down the valley to the lakes. Altitude change from start to finish is 700-800 meters (2,300-2,600 feet).

Esta actividad ha sido diseñada para quienes tengan interés en aprender algo más sobre los famosos bosques patagónicos de Lenga. La actividad, sigue parte del circuito grande del Paine, también llamada la “O”, por el límite este del Macizo. Uno de los árboles íconos de Patagonia, Nothofagus pumilio, crece en áreas de bajas temperaturas y nieve. Estos bosques son el hábitat de muchos animales, y durante la actividad contamos con altas probabilidades de ver Carpinteros Magallánicos, Cachañas (el loro más austral), Pitíos (un tipo de carpintero) y otras especies de aves de bosque más pequeñas como rayaditos, chercanes y el singular fío-fío. Finalmente, y no menos importante, es que durante esta actividad podremos obtener excelentes vistas de Laguna Azul y Cerro Paine. Incluso en días de viento esta excursión es una buena alternativa, ya que el bosque nos protege de las fuertes ráfagas que pueden haber en Patagonia.

Designed for those interested in learning more about Patagonia’s famous lenga forests, hike follows part of the Paine Circuit trail around the eastern edge of the massif. The final destination is the old-growth lenga forest. One of Patagonia’s iconic trees, Nothofagus pumilio thrives in areas with low temperatures and heavy snow. Lenga woodland provides a habitat for many animals, and during this excursion there is a good chance to spot Magellanic woodpeckers, Austral parakeets, Chilean flickers and other forest small birds. Also be on the lookout for pumas, the so-called “Andean Lion” and member of the cat family, who roam this forest. Last but certainly not least, the trail features great views of Laguna Azul and Cerro Paine on the eastern side of the massif. This excursion is great on windy days because the trees block out most of the bluster.

Los antiguos Aónikenk, habitantes de la Patagonia, y las especies animales más icónicas del parque son las principales atracciones de este paseo por el sendero que recorre parte de la pampa patagónica. La actividad se inicia con un viaje de 25 minutos en vehículo hasta las cercanías de Portería Laguna Amarga. Desde aquí el sendero enfila hacia el sur, atravesando un área que los guías y guardaparques locales apodan el “restaurant del Puma”, ya que es una zona donde este felino realiza sus cacerías. Lamentablemente, las posibilidades de ver un puma durante el día son muy bajas, sin embargo sí es posible encontrar una gran cantidad de esqueletos de guanacos dejados por este felino durante todo el camino. Manadas de guanacos pastorean a ambos lados del sendero, y también está la posibilidad de encontrar zorros, cóndores y ñandúes. A mitad de la travesía, hay una enorme y sobresaliente formación rocosa donde los Aónikenk dejaron pinturas rupestres en sus paredes. Estos residentes de la región de hace unos 7,000 años eran llamados Patagones (De pies grandes) por los primeros españoles que llegaron a esta zona, quienes erróneamente pensaron que eran gigantes. Esta gran roca sedimentaria llamada “conglomerado” tiene elevación considerable, que nos permite tener una amplia vista de las montañas y del terreno que la rodea. Luego, caminaremos hacia el Lago Sarmiento, bordeando su costa para conocer los impresionantes “Trombolitos”, las primeras construcciones hechas por un organismo viviente en la tierra, para continuar nuestra caminata hasta el punto de encuentro con nuestro conductor en la Portería Lago Sarmiento. Después de un viaje de 40 minutos en vehículo regresamos a Hotel Las Torres.

The ancient Aónikenk people of Patagonia and the Park’s iconic animal species are the main attractions of this ramble along the Park’s southeast corner. The excursion starts with a 25-minute drive close to Laguna Amarga entrance. From there, the trail leads south through an area that local guides and rangers have dubbed the “puma restaurant” because the big cats make so many kills there. You’re chances of seeing them in daytime are fairly slim, but the skeletons of their many guanaco kills are clearly evident along the trail. Herds of guanaco often graze along both sides of the trail, and there is also a chance to spot foxes, condors and flightless rheas. About halfway along the trail, there is a large rock formation with overhangs where the Aónikenk people rendered pictographs (rock paintings). Residents of the region for around 7,000 years, the Aónikenk were called Patagones (Big Feet) by the early Spanish, who mistakenly thought they were giants. The lofty rock also offers a perch for gazing at the mountains and the surrounding terrain. The last leg leads us along Lago Sarmiento’s shore observing Thrombolites, lumpy structures created by microorganisms, then continues on to meet up with our driver at the Lago Sarmiento Lodge. From there it is a 40-minute drive back to Hotel Las Torres.

El salto más espectacular del Parque y un mirador impresionante son los puntos más hermosos de esta excursión de baja dificultad. La aventura comienza con un viaje de 45 minutos hasta el sector Pudeto en el centro del Parque Nacional. Desde acá, nuestra caminata cubrirá un sector arrasado por el incendio del 2011/12. Entre los restos de los bosques arrasados, es posible ver ya nuevas formas de vida que crecen gracias a la riqueza del suelo patagónico. La huella continua hasta el Mirador Cuernos, probablemente el mirador más espectacular del Parque, con un panorama que incluye los Cuernos, Monte Paine Grande y el Valle y Glaciar del Francés emergiendo del otro lado del Lago Nordenskjöld: un espectáculo escénico que nos deja sin respiración. Seguiremos el sendero para encontrarnos con el Salto Grande, un salto de aguas turquesas que conecta los lagos Nordenskjöld y Pehoé; el lugar perfecto para sacar preciosas fotografías. Desde este punto caminaremos 15 minutos hasta el estacionamiento donde nos espera nuestro conductor para llevarnos al hotel. La caminata tiene una duración de 2 horas de ida y regreso.

Debido a lo abierto del sector, es posible que nos encontremos con fuertes vientos durante la caminata. Quienes no quieran realizar la excursión completa pueden realizar solamente una caminata corta hasta el Salto Grande para luego volveral estacionamiento.

The park’s most spectacular waterfall and an astonishing viewpoint are highlights of this relatively easy excursion. The adventure starts with a 45-minute drive to Pudeto in the heart of the park’s lake district. The trail leads us through a portion of the park impacted by the great forest fire of 2011- 12. Between the remains of the fire-ravaged trees, new life is already sprouting from the rich Patagonian soul. The path continues to Sendero Mirador Cuernos. Possibly the Park’s most spectacular viewpoint, the panorama features the “Los Cuernos” (Horns), Mount Paine Grande and the French Valley and Glacier rising straight up from the other side of Lake Nordenskjöld: a breathtaking spectacle of rock and water. From this point we continue the trail to Salto Grande, a raging aquamarine cascade that channels water between lakes Nordenskjöld and Pehoé. The roundtrip hike from car park to viewpoint takes about two hours.

Given the open terrain, high winds are possible during this trek. Those who don’t want to undertake the complete hike can opt for a shorter version that features just the brief hike to Salto Grande waterfall (about 30min rountrip).

An area called the Puma Cave is located close to Hotel Las Torres. It is a large rock formation that has magnificent climbing walls with 3 levels of difficulty: basic (beginners), medium and expert. Starting with a complete instruction, this activity lasts for 2 or 3 hours where you will have the opportunity to climb different routes and enjoy this unique experience to the maximum.

Te invitamos a conocer La huerta de Reserva Cerro Paine, una de las huertas orgánicas más antiguas y australes del mundo.

En casi media hectárea, la huerta produce frutas y verduras de la estación donde trabajamos en conjunto con la naturaleza, respetando sus tiempos y donde a través del uso del método biointensivo, estamos comprometidos con mejorar los procesos de producción de manera sustentable.

Nuestra huerta tiene una larga historia que comienza antes de 1950 donde nos hemos concentrado en conservar especies antiguas buscando harmonía entre producción y conservación, actualmente contamos con 9 especies frutales, más de 25 especies vegetales y finas hierbas.

Durante 2 horas, podrás disfrutar de los aromas y sabores de nuestros productos en su lugar de origen. Podrás escuchar la historia de una de las huertas más australes del mundo.

Si te atreves, podrás incluso cooperar en algunas de las labores que estemos realizando como la cosecha, deshierbe, o siembra, dependiendo de la ocasión. ¡Te esperamos!

Visit the world’s southernmost, as well as one of the region’s oldest organic kitchen gardens at Reserva Cerro Paine.

Within less than half a hectare, it produces seasonal fruits and vegetables using bio-intensive, sustainable methods that produce favorable quantities.

Our garden has developed immensely since its origin in the early 1950s. With this history in mind, we aim to strike a balance between conserving old fashioned, heirloom varieties and meeting production goals. We have nine types of fruits and more than twenty-five types of vegetables, along with an ever-growing group of culinary and medicinal herbs.

Visitors have one or two hours in the garden, during which they can stimulate their senses, sample fresh goods, and learn the history of the world’s southernmost organic garden. In addition, visitors can help out with some daily harvesting tasks, such as planting and weeding. Extra hands are always welcome!

Sumérgete en la vida del gaucho patagónico compartiendo una mañana con nuestros baqueanos, encargados de liderar nuestras cabalgatas y quienes además cuidan de nuestros establos y caballos. Durante este tiempo junto a estos descendientes de personajes que llegaron hace más de un siglo a la región aprenderás sobre su vestimenta, sus monturas y aperos. Además, disfrutarás de un típico desayuno de campo con sopaipillas y pebre, donde tendrás la oportunidad de “matear” o tomar un mate (un té herbal hecho de la Yerba Mate), acompañado de una buena conversación sobre la cultura patagónica. Nuestros baquenos te enseñarán cómo se debe usar correctamente la montura, cómo ensillar un caballo y por supuesto a cabalgar. Si ya tienes experiencia ecuestre, puedes convertirte en uno de ellos y mover la “tropilla” (caballos manada); una increíble sensación de campo y aventura. Al finalizar esta actividad tendrás una idea más acabada sobre la vida y el trabajo en esta remota región al final del continente americano antes de la llegada de la actividad turística a la zona.

Learn the Patagonian cowboy way by spending a morning with the baqueanos, who lead the Hotel Las Torres horseback ridings and look after the horses and stables of Estancia Cerro Paine. During your time with these local vaqueros — the descendants of horsemen who came to work ranches in this remote region more than a century ago — you will learn about their special clothing, their saddles and other horse tack, and get a chance to share a mate (an herbal tea made from yerba mate leaves). Also, you can enjoy a typical breakfast made of “sopaipillas” (type of bread) with “pebre” (Chilean condiment) while chatting about the Patagonian culture. The baqueanos also demonstrate how to properly saddle a horse, nail a horseshoe and of course how to ride. If you already have riding experience you become one of them and go looking for the “tropilla” (horse herd); an incredible feeling of wilderness and adventure. By the end of this cowboy journey, you will have a much better understanding of what it was like to live and work in this remote corner of South American before the arrival of tourism.

This excursion is known for giving visitors a comprehensive introduction to Torres del Paine National Park in just one day. The part of the trip leading up to the heart of the park includes stops in the most important viewpoints, short hikes to must-see sites, as well as the possibility of sailing to see the incredible Grey Glacier. The attractions of this excursion include Black Bridge, Nordenskjöld Lake, Sarmiento Viewpoint, Pehoé Lake, Salto Grande and others.

After enjoying an exquisite picnic, you will have the opportunity to walk along the shores of Grey Lake to places with small icebergs that have fallen off the glacier, which descends from the Southern Ice Field. Later, we will sail in a catamaran around the lake, which lasts for approximately three hours and will bring you close to the glacier. This excursion, without a doubt, is the best way to gain a complete introduction of the park and its history in one day.

Esta excursión de medio día es la mejor opción para quienes deseen observar y fotografiar las Torres del Paine sin tener que hacer la larga caminata de 8 horas hasta la Base de las Torres y además es una excelente introducción a la historia del Parque. La aventura comienza con un viaje en van hacia la parte este del Parque Nacional, hasta llegar a las orillas de la Laguna Azul. Desde ahí iniciamos una corta caminata de 30 minutos que combina avistamientos de hermosa avifauna y espectaculares vistas de las Torres del Paine. La fauna es abundante en esta zona, donde veremos principalmente guanacos, aves acuáticas, aves rapaces y cóndores. Las vistas nos entregan una perspectiva de las Torres muy diferente a las de cualquier otro sector del Parque. Laguna Azul es también el lugar en el que Lady Florence Dixie, la intrépida viajera y escritora británica de la era Victoriana, vio las Torres del Paine por primera vez. Ella es considerada la primera turista del Parque. En 1880, en su libro “Across Patagonia” ella las llamó “Las agujas de Cleopatra”, debido al parecido que estas montañas de granito tenían con los obeliscos del antiguo Egipto. Durante la excursión, además visitaremos la cascada Paine, una de las tres cascadas del río Paine.

This excursion is a great option for individuals who wish to observe and photograph Torres del Pain without having to walk for 8 hours to the Torres Base. In addition, it is an excellent introduction to the history of the park. The adventure begins with a trip in van to the eastern part of the park until reaching the shores of Laguna Azul (Blue Lagoon). From here, we will begin a 30 minute walk that combines sightings of beautiful birds and spectacular views of Torres del Paine. The fauna is abundant in this area, where we will see mostly guanacos, birds of prey, condors, and aquatic birds. The views provide us with a perspective of Torres that is much different than other sectors of the park.

The history of this area is another point of interest. Laguna Azul is the place where Lady Florence Dixie, the intrepid British traveler and writer from the Victorian era, saw Torres del Paine for the first time. She is considered the first tourist of the park. In her 1880 book “Across Patagonia,” she referred to the lake as “The Needles of Cleopatra” due to the resemblance of the granite mountains to the obelisks of ancient Egypt. During the excursion, we will also visit the Paine Waterfall, one of the three waterfalls of the Paine River.

Excursión Full Paine + Lago Grey. Las navegaciones son opcionales y son realizadas por una empresa externa que requieren previa reserva (al menos 7 días, sin modificación de fecha) por cupos limitados. Modificaciones son sujetas a las políticas de reservas de las empresas “Lago Grey”. Full Paine + Lago Grey: requiere un mínimo de 15 pasajeros durante Septiembre-Octubre y Marzo-Abril.

Se excluye la excursión Full Paine + Lago Grey, la cual tendrán una multa de un 100% por cualquier cancelación realizada entre 4 y 0 días antes de la salida de la excursión.Anulaciones por clima: En caso de que el prestador del servicio decida Anular la excursión por razones climáticas, esta será reagendada para el día siguiente. De no poder realizarse por falta de cupos, se devolverá el 100% del valor de la excursión.

Modificaciones: Se podrá solicitar cambio de excursión hasta las 20 hrs del día anterior a la salida de la excursión agendada, sin ningún tipo de multa y la modificación estará sujeta a disponibilidad. En caso de que la excursión por la cual se está haciendo el cambio tenga un valor mayor, se debe pagar la diferencia. En caso de que la nueva excursión tenga un valor menor, no se hará devolución de la diferencia, a menos que la modificación haya sido solicitada con al menos 24 horas de anticipación. Se excluye Full Paine + Lago Grey, las que en caso de ser modificadas, no se hará devolución del valor de la navegación, a menos que la modificación haya sido solicitada con un mínimo de 4 días de anticipación.

If a service provider decides to cancel an excursion due to weather, it will be re-booked for the next day. If there is no availability the next day, the affected party will receive a 100% reimbursement.

Modifications: Excursions can be modified until 8:00pm the day before the departure time with no fine. If a modification is made for a more expensive excursion, the affected party must pay the difference. If a modification is made for a less expensive excursion, the difference will not be reimbursed, unless the modification it is done at least twenty-four hours before the departure time, in which case the affected party will be reimbursed the difference. Modifications of the Full Paine + Grey Lake excursion must be made four days before the departure time to receive reimbursement.
