It complies with the VDV 399 (10/00) standard of the German Association of Public Transport Operators, referring to the requirements to ensure the safety of passengers at stations with automated lines. It has the European certification SIL (Integral level of Security), that guarantees the reduction of risks in its operation.

SDO es un sistema automático com-puesto por tecnologías de radar, láser, cámaras térmicas y de video que detecta y alerta de modo inmediato al centro de control la presencia de una persona u ob-jeto peligroso en la vía de tren que pone en riesgo el servicio ferroviario.

SDO is an automatic system composed by radar, laser, video cameras, and thermal technologies that detects and alerts in real time to the control center the presence of people and dangerous objects on a train track that puts at risk the railway service.
