Paul starts off chapter nine basically praying and saying that in his heart his desire is that God can save the Israelites because they don’t have the knowledge to understand the righteousness of God. He starts to explain to them that they have to follow the law that God left and that they started doing whatever they felt like doing. He also starts telling them how things really are, kind of like teaching them everything all over again and letting them know how things really are and that we must believe with our hearts and with our mouth we profess our faith and we are saved. Paul also tells them that anyone that believes in him with nit is out into shame and that there’s no difference between Jews and gentiles, the same lord is the same lord for anyone who called on him. We see that the Jews act like they are the ones who are right and that the gentiles don’t know what they are doing but in reality Paul is so afraid that they won’t be saved and wants them to understand that there’s a right way to all of this and that even though they are use to a certain way of thing going and being, that God came for everybody and that there is no exception for who is saved and who isn’t. He is telling them God didn’t just leave the to the side and forgot about them but that he will always save a place for them but they must understand and the rules have change now that it takes so much more than just to be a Jew, that they must believe and that anybody who does believe is welcome into heaven and to be saved. La situación de Israel en su rechazo de cristo (Romanos 9-11)

In the book of Romans chapters 9-11 we see that Paul is trying to explain to the

Jews that they are not so different from the gentiles and between them both they are all the same.

Paul starts off chapter nine basically praying and saying that in his heart his desire is that God

can save the Israelites because they don’t have the knowledge to understand the righteousness of

God. He really cares for them because Paul was one of them and of course he would love to see

the saved. He starts to explain to them that they have to follow the law that God left and that they

started doing whatever they felt like doing. He also starts telling them how things really are, kind

of like teaching them everything all over again and letting them know how things really are and

that we must believe with our hearts and with our mouth we profess our faith and we are saved.

Paul also tells them that anyone that believes in him with nit is out into shame and that there’s no

difference between Jews and gentiles, the same lord is the same lord for anyone who called on

him. We see that the Jews act like they are the ones who are right and that the gentiles don’t

know what they are doing but in reality Paul is so afraid that they won’t be saved and wants them

to understand that there’s a right way to all of this and that even though they are use to a certain

way of thing going and being, that God came for everybody and that there is no exception for

who is saved and who isn’t. He is telling them God didn’t just leave the to the side and forgot

about them but that he will always save a place for them but they must understand and the rules

have change now that it takes so much more than just to be a Jew, that they must believe and that

anybody who does believe is welcome into heaven and to be saved.

I love how Paul always had a great way of explaining and preaching stuff to

people. In Paul’s case I feel that all of this was really hard for him to break through because he

wanted the Jews to understand but he always wasn’t going to be nice about it, he was going to

tell them the truth and he was going to stand his ground and speaking the truth because as much

as it was going to hurt him he really wanted them know the truth because he wanted them to

believe and be saved. I think it was awesome that Paul was crazy daring to share something like

this because people really needed to know that true and how God did thing and loving and

merciful he really was. The Israelites we people that were hard to get stuff through their heads

and they owe the ones who made the rules and called deeps and whatever was first and I think

that the fact that they were like that it was really hard for them to except that Paul was trying to

teach and explain to them. In all of this Paul was also talking to the gentiles and letting them

know that they can’t act like they are better than the Jews cut it also doesn’t work like that and he

gives the example “Branches were broken off so that I could be granted in”, and that by faith that

lets us in and we can’t let it get to us but to stay grounded. We could get cut off if we have

arrogance and how dare we question what he could do and can’t do, he made the rules and he

could do whatever he wants so like he said really keep ourselves grounded. All Israel will be

saved but all Paul really wanted was to point out that now salvation is opened to everybody and

anybody and that the rules a changed and that we have to follow what God set in the way of

doing things and nor the way that the Jews thought it was. In my opinion I really enjoy how Paul

wrote and was teaching this too all of us because it opens our minds is really understand it and

see where it really comes from and how it really works. Paul doesn’t only talk to the Jews but

also to the gentiles and gives us a meaningful lesson and how things really are and reminding us

who really is in charge and reminding us about the history and how all of this started from the

very beginning and how tables weren’t change but there was all a very good point to all of this.
