Foreword
BASIC BRITISH ENGLISH has its origin in the southern chileanislanders need of communication with the foreign visitors who
join us every year.
The Chilo Islands offer the foreigners a great opportunity toexplore our native forest finding the exuberant vegetation and
wildlife that Charles Darwin described in 1834 after his stepsby Chile.
Its our duty to take advantage of this moment creating facilities forthe foreigners to have a pleasant and profitable stay.
With good results the visitors may come back and alsorecommend their friends to do the same wonderful travel.
This incipient edition is constructed for adult students that want toremember their knowledge, so, the constant practice ofreading, speaking and writing will be the method.
This Handbook teaches you how to communicate with simplegrammar and vocabulary considering either the street Englishspoken and the one used in formal occasions.
Lets start working then. You are welcome.
God save my relatives, friends and my pupils.

My caris blue
His house is big
As podemos decir:
Her dress... Andrea 's dress
