Lesson Learned At Nabil Data Center the most important lesson I learnt is
a commercial bank support personnel needs to broadenhis/her views beyond techniques and technologies, anoverall understanding of the business requirements, business process, and business goals is essential.
As technology driven business products grow in themarket, a technician-banker must adapt and implementnew technologies to achieve the business goals.
Nabil Bank has adopted a robust yet cost effectivetechnology to connect its branches spread all over the
Nepal.
