This line of abstract constructivistic jewelry is created by threepieces, H.UM,M.I.S.T, and H..H. These areinspired the thegeometrical abstract art.I decided to develop my jewelsthrough this type of art because through them I want toexpress feelings and ideas that are hard to understand, but that can be exteriorizedthrough art and jewelry. Thenames of the jewels as themselves contain a messagewhich is understooddiferently by each person and its

perception of art, of life, and of ourselves.

My main inspiration for this project were artists such as

David Smith, Mondrien and great design currents as it

is the Bauhaus. Its influence and the analysis of their

art has worked as a great motivator for me.

The process of designing and building these jewelshas been for me a way to express and understand

my fears, doubts and aspiratios in a different way.

These pieces have a purely estetic objectivem but

have been made with the intension of comunicating

    ideas and sensations

This ring is a jewel built with the goal of comunicating the feelings

of both, limitation and superation. The message makes a conotation

to darkness and to light. It plays with its contrast through dull andbrilliant tones.

The process of fabrication began with the drafts and initial

drawings of the jewel. Making measurments of the dierent

elements and planning the interaction of the materials.

The study also focuses on textures and how they inude in

the nal product. The ergonomy and weighth are very

important for the comfort of the user. Moreover the basictechnique od welding includes silver threats, melted copper

    and concave aged silver pieces.

This necklace transmits the relation and interaction between

the outside world and the inside world. It represents what

we save inside us and how much of it we express. Observing

constantly our surroundings, and analizing how can we be partof it, preserving our identity.

This jewel was created initially with drawings of

the possible designs, the measurments and a deep

analysis of the materials to use. The materialization

of the concept through the combination of materialsand techniques was very important as well. Its

fabrication includes the weldin of the thread of silver,

spheres of copper and concave aged pieces of silver

The concept of this ring is based principally in the meaningcreated by the interaction of the angles. This jewel representsthe interaction between curves and straight lines as a contrastbetween silver and bronze. This ring is all about contrasts andwhat they mean to us.

Its fabrication is based principally in the studies of measurments

and textures. The angles are very deeply studied as well so the

contrast is strong. The welding technique is basic in the fabrication

    linkin silver and bronze.

This line is realted with the constructivistic abstract art of the beginnings of the XX century.Beginning from the use of metal and the classical technique of direct welding. Artists such

as Picasso, Julio Gonzales, David Smith and Naum Gabo used constantly this technique.

They related with the welding but rejected the melting of them because they felt they were

ruining their possible virtudes. For these artists the metal is nos a neutral material but it is a

responsible material of transmiting a message and a sensation.
