Our company is pushing our new products and we are going to present our new collection. First I would like to introduce you to my partners: First, Teresa and Lucia, sales and marketing directors, who are going to explain to you our product: hats for men and women. Secondly, Mr. John Feal, export manager. He´s going to describe the distribution chain and delivery conditions. And finally, talking about finance, Mr. Francisco Acevedo, finance director of our company. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Oscar, (Chief Executive Officer) at OLÉHAT â . Our company was founded in 1971 by Avelino Bouza. We started designing hats for men and later on we adventured in hats for women. Our products are handmade with top quality raw materials. Now, please, let me introduce you to our marketing and sales director, Teresa will talk about men hats and Lucia will talk about women hats. Teresa I will make the presentatio n of our man line, both for summer and winter seasons. On the table you can see on the screen we classify the hats according to the season, the model and the materials they are made of. The models we are proposing to supply to your local markets, directly focused on man fashion clothing are: traditional line, flap and country casual, elaborated with different materials, depending on the season, like rattan, felt, and polyester, exclusively used on the waterproof hats. Lucia I will present the new summer and winter OLÉHAT â  collection for women. Sun hat and long flap, rattan manufactured hats, are the most sold and better distributed products of our own brand and the ones you could be interested in. Then, the winter collection hats we present you in this proposal of business satisfy the main necessities for UK woman hats market, including woollen hats, traditional line, long flap and country casual hats which, by the way, are the only waterproof ones.

The materials we use for the winter line are wool, felt and polyester, for the wintercollection, and rattan handmade hats for the summer collection.

Good morning, my name is Juan Feal, exports manager at OLÉHATS, and I m going toshare with you the key points of logistics and goods delivery, as well as the price perunit of the products we supply.

The amount we are considering to exports raises up to 25.000 units, classified into thedifferent models we have just presented you, which are going to be delivered byintermodal transport, mixing ship and truck carriage.

The costs of the shipment consist of:

·  500 per FOB container, with a total amount of 2.500 (£1.773)·  1.500 (£1.063) in reference to the truck transport·  5% of insurance costs over the total gross price of the shipment, £28.625

Then, we came to a starting price per hat unit of £20 FOB and £22 CIF, what makes atotal value of the merchandises of £550.000.

The routes of the delivery are the following ones:

·  Truck Vigo-Ferrol

·  Ship FOB Vigo-Portsmouth

·  Truck Portsmouth-East London

Here you can watch a simulation of the route we ve just explain, to clarify better theconditions on the shipment.

Now, I introduce you to Mr. Acevedo, our financial director, who will introduce to youthe selling conditions of our business proposal.

Now we´ll talk about our prices and methods of payment.

In the first point What we need to talk about is our prices. We would send 25.000 hats.We would send five containers and the price for all is £500.000 FOB or £550.000 CIF.

We propose you a documentary letter of credit. This is bringing peace of mind into ourbusiness. In future orders we could use a revolving letter of credit or make asweetheart deal about methods of payment.

Finally we could drop the price with discount. This discount is negotiable and dependsif you keep future orders.
