• It is very important to rest the necessary hours. The consecunces of resting well are :

• Sleep affects how we look, feel and perform on a daily basis, and can have a major impact on our quality of life.

• Sleep helps us thrive by contributing to a healthy immune system, and can also balance our appetites by helping to regulate levels of the hormones ghrelin and leptin.

•  when we’re sleep deprived, we may feel the need to eat more, which can lead to weight gain.

• This are the consecuences about resting bad :• Firstly, you will have missed out on one of the biggest

benefits of sleep – feeling fresh in the morning!•

Secondly, sleep is vital for healthy physical, mental and emotional processing.
