I AM GOING TO TALK ABOUT HOW TO REST AND THE CONSECUENCE OF RESTING GOOD AND RESTING BAD. FINALLY I GOING TO EXPLAIN THE POSTURES TO REST GREATFULLY.
RESTING
• It is very important to rest the necessary hours. The consecunces of resting well are :
• Sleep affects how we look, feel and perform on a daily basis, and can have a major impact on our quality of life.
• Sleep helps us thrive by contributing to a healthy immune system, and can also balance our appetites by helping to regulate levels of the hormones ghrelin and leptin.
• when we’re sleep deprived, we may feel the need to eat more, which can lead to weight gain.
RESTING
• This are the consecuences about resting bad :• Firstly, you will have missed out on one of the biggest
benefits of sleep – feeling fresh in the morning!•
Secondly, sleep is vital for healthy physical, mental and emotional processing.
•In addition to growth, your metabolism may be affected as well.
