En los últimos años, hemos estado dando a los profesionales

jóvenes oportunidades para aprender y desarrollarse en una

de las compañías IT líderes en el mundo.

Actualmente el Programa ACE provee oportunidades de

desarrollo profesional a más de 100 pasantes de AIESEC

anualmente. El programa brinda a profesionales jóvenes la

oportunidad de vivir su propia experiencia ACE y:

- Acelerar su experiencia profesional en uno de los países de

rápido crecimiento tecnológico mediante una carrera

cuidadosamente diseñada en diferentes áreas de pericia

con oportunidades de trabajo en otros lugares.

- Conectarse con la cultura de la India en la compañía

trabajando en equipos multiculturales y con socios

internacionales.

- Experimentar el desarrollo de competencias y programas

de mentoría, mediante el involucramiento de programas

internos de entrenamiento de pasantes TCS, eventos de

ACE e iniciativas de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa.

Requerimientos

- Avanzada comunicación oral y escrita del inglés y,

preferentemente, en cualquier otro idioma.

- Excelente conocimiento y formación académica en el área

de la pasantía profesional.

- Habilidades de programación en las últimas tecnologías.

- Preferentemente experiencia de trabajo de 6 meses a 1

año.

- Elegibilidad alta para una posible carrera en TCS (el

aplicante necesita ser egresado o titulado).

CARRERAS

Desarrollador - UNIX

Design and develop the product using the latest tools and techniques

(Shell Scripting, Awk commands, SED Commands, file handling &

Transfers, embedded Sqls…). Develop and automate unit tests. Develop

reusable components. Contribute feedback and guidance to the

development of functional and technical specifications. Address software

defects with timely resolution. Provide development leadership to set

standards and define best practices for coding and design for other team

members, both onshore and offshore. Effectively communicate and

collaborate with various team members.

Developer – Mainframe

The Objective of the Developer is to understand the Retail terms and

business processes to provide the quality support and maintenance of

Existing Applications. Role involves to Support and Maintenance of

Existing Applications. Intern should be a Mainframe Programmer.

Activities include:

• Having Knowledge on operating Systems like ZOS/OS/390 is

required.

• Requirement gathering based on the business need.

• Accessing database through mainframe.

• Intern should be able to code, analyze and execute the cobol

program.

• Run regular activities for the maintenance and delivery of the

services.

Code Changes for the new business requirement in the current

production. Preparing analysis document & design document. Creating

test cases and test results to validate the code changes. Documenting the

deliverables. Test data preparation. Production job monitoring &

scheduling. Learning new tools and technology based on the business

demand. Ensure all deliverables adhere to TCS quality process.

Developer - J2EE

Experience on working with Java technologies – Java, Spring Framework,

Hibernate/IBatis/myBatis, Websphere application Server. Experience in

creating Design Specification using the high-Level Architecture principles.

Hands on experience in coding and Unit Testing. Ability to lead the team in

Delivering the project – Analysis through Design. Work packet assignment,

tracking & monitoring. Ability to do the builds and deployments using

standard tools – ANT. Ability to Troubleshoot/debug and resolve any

technical issues/defects. Effectively communicate and collaborate with

various team members. Use development tools effectively – IBM RSA.

Develop Queries

Developer - .NET

Design and develop the product using the latest tools and techniques (SQL

Server, Stored Procedures, C#.Net, ASP.Net, Web Services, others…);

Develop and automate unit tests. Develop queries and stored procedures.

Develop reusable components. Contribute feedback and guidance to the

development of functional and technical specifications. Address software

defects with timely resolution. Provide development leadership to set

standards and define best practices for coding and design for other team

members, both onshore and offshore. Effectively communicate and

collaborate with various team members.

SAP Project System (PS) Testing

Understand the requirement and prepare the Test plan for SAP PS

module. Preparing Traceability matrix. Designing the Test cases. Executing

the necessary test cases. Raise the defect in the defect management tool.

Preparing test summary report.

SAP Finance Module (FICO) Testing

Understand the requirement and prepare the Test plan for SAP FICO

module. Preparing Traceability matrix. Designing the Test cases. Executing

the necessary test cases. Raise the defect in the defect management tool.

Preparing test summary report.

SAP Business inteligence (BI) Testing

Understand the requirement and prepare the Test plan for SAP BI module.

Preparing Traceability matrix

Designing the Test cases. Executing the necessary test cases. Raise the

defect in the defect management tool. Preparing test summary report.

IBM Websphere Commerce Server (WCS) Production Support Engineer

Role involves providing application support for applications built on IBM

Websphere Commerce Server (WCS). Responsibilities involve: Trouble

shooting of issues related to WCS/WXS/Websphere. Trouble shooting of

issues related to other website related issues such as search, content

management etc. Performance tuning and solutions implementation. Unix

scripting and Automation. While in shift, Ensure the calls from Client

Support Center or other partner teams are attended and addressed. Drive

technical bridges on a need basis for issue restoration.

Compensación bien definida y política de Recursos Humanos para el

programa de intercambio:

- Estipendio de 25,000 INR (alrededor de 550$) por mes

- Acomodación inicial (dos semanas) provista y cubierta por TCS

- Seguro de salud durante el intercambio
