DIAGNOSTICO
• Pruebas serológicas que detectan anticuerpos específicos frente al VHC (anti-VHC tipo IgG). • ELISA – screening-.
• RIBA test confirmatorio. – No diferencia entre infección
resuelta o activa.
– Falsos negativos en inmunodeprimidos.
– No son útiles hasta las 6-8 s de la infección.
• Detección de ARN viral • Diagnóstico de infección:
– Precoz (al 3º día). – Crónica. – Infección oculta – tejido
hepático-. • Accidentes de trabajo. • Monitorización respuesta
