Su transpaleta manual con indicación de peso ha sido concebida para darle una solución fiable y fácil de usar. Para su seguridad y un funcio-namiento correcto, por favor lea atentamente las instrucciones antes de utilizarlo.

3. MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD
En el momento de la utilización de la transpaleta manual con indicación del peso, por favor observe atentamente las instrucciones y las directivas contenidas en este manual.Siempre efectuar cada etapa por secuencia.
Las consignas de seguridad que se aplican la transpaleta quedan válidas e invariantes.Toda modificación que se haga al sistema debe ser aprobado por escrito por el proveedor, antes de realizarla.No hacer funcionar este aparato a menos que haber recibido una formación completa de sus funcionalidades.Compruebe la precisión del equipo sobre una base regular para evitar las lecturas incorrectas.Sólo el personal formado y autorizado está formado para poner en marcha el equipo.

4. 2 FUNCIONES DEL INDICADOR
El peso del indicador és negativo
El peso se almacena en la memoria
La pantalla muestra el peso en libras (ha sido fijado en el menú de parámetros)
La pantalla muestra el peso en kilogramos (parámetro de fábrica)
Indicador de batería baja
PRIMERA FUNCIÓN: Encender indicador. Acumulación.SEGUNDA FUNCIÓN: Resultado de las acumulaciones
PRIMERA FUNCIÓN: Función cero. SEGUNDA FUNCIÓN: Calibración de Cero. Poner a 0 el subtotal.
Apagar el indicador presionando las dos teclas simultáneamente

4.3 CÓDIGOS DE ERRORPANTALLA PESO
-O.L-sobrecarga de peso
Err06Señal de l’adaptador del convertidor AD es demasiado elevado. Verificar la conexión del adaptador.
Err07 No hay senya del converidor AD. Verificar la conexión del adaptador.
Err12 Calibración del FONDO DE ESCALA perdido. Recalibrar el sistema.
Err98El error del punto de calibración tiene que ser superior al previo en un valor de 25 kilos, o el valor del punto de calibració no és 0.
Parpadeo símbolo de la batería:
El nivel de batería es bajo, cambiar batería.
Parpadeo símbolo de la “M”:
La memoria está llena, no puede mostrar más de 5 dígitos. Borrar memoria.
4. 4 TECLADO ENCENDIDO/APAGADOPONER EN MARCHA EL INDICADOR.
Presionar unos segundos sobre la tecla
APAGAR EL INDICADOR.
Mantener presionado y simultáneamente durante 2 segundos.

AUTO APAGADO EL INDICADOR.
El indicador se auto pagará una vez haya transcurrido durante 2 minutos sin movimientos ni haber utilitzado las teclas del indicador, aunque haya peso encima del indicador.
4.5 PESAR CORRECTAMENTE
1. Presionar brevemente sobre la tecla ON 2. Aseguarse que no hay ningun peso encima de las palas de la transpaleta. Estado vacía.
3. Levantar las palas a la altura de referencia.
Nivel centrado (fijarse en el nivelador)4. Las palas deben de estar a una altura de referencia de 15
cm aproximadamente desdel nivel del suelo
5. Cuando la desviación es aproximadamente 5kg, el valor de cero puede ser corregido presionando la tecla ZERO
6. El indicador directamente volverá a peso modo normal

4.6 PESO BRUTO
Baje el carro de plataforma en su posición más baja de las palas. Poner con una carga en las palas de la transpaleta y levantarla hasta la altura de referencia.

Para permitir un nuevo pesaje primero, bajar completamente el nivel de la transpaleta.

4.7 TOTALIZACIÓN
Presionar la tecla brevemente para encender el indicador. Poner un peso encima de las palas de la transpaleta
Presionar la tecla para añadir la lectura del peso a peso total.
El valor queda guardado en memoria. El símbolo “M” se muestra en el display.
Poner un nuevo peso encima de las palas de la transpaleta.
Presionar la tecla TOTAL y se añadirá la segunda muestra de peso a
la totalización de peso.
El valor queda guardado y añadido en la memoria

4.8 TOTALIZACIÓN Y INICIO A CERO
Para mostrar los datos de memoria, presionar la tecla durante 3 segundos.
El indicador mostrará la última secuencia de numeros i el total guardado en memoria.
La memoria puede ser borrada presionando la tecla brevemente.
El sistema automaticamente volverá al modo de pesaje normal.
El símbol “M” es desactivado nuevamente.
5. CAMBIO DE BATERÍAS
La substitución de las baterias 2 AA se realizará aproximadamente despues de un año de la última subtitución.
Cuando el símbolo de la batería parpadea en el indicador debe substituirlas.
Cuando las baterías son completamente vacías, el sistema de indicador de pesaje está apagado.

Lors de l’utilisation du transpalette á main avec indication du poids, veuillez s’il vous plaít observer attentivement les instructions et les directives contenues dans ce manuel. Toujours effectuer chaque étape par séquence.
Les consignes de sécurité qui s’appliquent au transpalette restent valables et inchangées.Toute modification fait pour le systéme doit étre approuvé par écrit par le fournisseur, avant tout travail en cours d’achévement.Ne pas faire fonctionner cet appareil á moins d’avoir recu une formation complete de ses capacités.Vérifiez l’exactitude de la balance sur une base réguliére pour éviter les lectures incorrects.Seul le personnel formé et agréé est autorisé á l’échelle du service.

4. 2 LES CLAVIERS
Le poids indiqué est négatif
Le poids a été stocké dans la mémoire
L’écran affiche le poids en livres (á fixer par le menu paramétres)
L’écran affiche le poids en kilogramme (réglage standard).
Indicateur de batterie faible
FONCTION PREMIER: Ajouter le poids au total.FONCTION DEUXIÈME: Rappeler le sous-total
FONCTION PREMIER: Zéro correction. FONCTION PREMIER: Zéro d’étalonnage. Rappeler et remise du sous-total.

4.3 MESSAGES D’ERREURDISPLAY
-O.L-Le système de pesage a éte surchargé. Enlevez le poids
Err06Signal du capteur sur le convertisseur AD est trop élevé. Vérifiez la connexion du capteur.
Err07Pas de signal de la sonde sur le convertisseur AD. Vérifiez la connexion du capteur.
Err12 Les données d’étalonnage “Span” perdu. Calibrer le systéme.
Err98Point d’étalonnage doit être supérieure à la précédente et supérieur à la valeur de 25 ou entrez point d’étalonnage, la valeur est égal à 0000.
Symbole clignote:
Le niveau de tension de la batterie est faible et doit être changé.
Clignotant “M”:
La mémoire est pleine (>99.999 kg ne peut pas être montré à l’aide 5 chi-ffres), pas de poids peut être accepté et être ajoute. Effacez la mémoire.
4. 4 TOUCHE MARCHE/ARRÉTMISE EN MARCHE DE L’INDICATEUR.
Appuyer peu de temps sur la touche
MISE EN ARRÉT DE L’INDICATEUR.
Eteignez l’indicateur en gardant et les deux touches simultanément pendant 2 secondes.

L’INDICATEUR S’ÉTEINT AUTOMATIQUEMENT
L’indicateur s’éteint automatiquement après 2 minutes, si aucune touche et ni aucun mouvement..
4.5 VERIFICATION DU POINT ZÉRO AVANT PESAGE ET CORRECTION
1. Démarrez l’indicateur. Appuyer à peine sur la touche ON. 2. Assurez-vous que les fourches du transpalette peseur
sont vides.
3. Soulevez les fourches à la hauteur de référence 4. Les fourches sont à la hauteur de référence
5. Lorsque l’écart est supérieur à +/- 5kg, la valeur zéro peut être corrigé en appuyant à peine sur la touche Zéro.
6. L’indicateur reviendra directement sur le mode normal de pesage

4.6 LE PESAGE BRUTBaisser les fouches du transpalette dans la position plus basse. Procurez-vous un poids et soulevez-le à la hauteur de
référence.

Pour permettre un nouveau pesage, premier abaissez complètement les fourches au sol.

4.7 TOTALISATION
Appuyer sur la touche brièvement pour démarrez l’indicateur. Placer un poids sur la transpalette
Appuyez sur la touche pour ajouter la charge pondérée au poids total.
La valeur est mémorisée dans la mémoire. Le signe “M” est représenté à l’écran.
Placer un nouveau poids sur la transpalette.
Appuyer sur la toche TOTAL pour ajouter la deuxiême charge
pondérée au poids total.
La valeur est mémorisée et ajoutée dans la mémoire.

4.8 TOTAL ET REMISE À ZÉRO
La mémoire peut être rappelé en appuyant sur la touche pour 3 secondes.
À son tour, l’indicateur indique le dernier numéro de séquence et du montant total qui sont actuellement mémorisées dans la
mémoire.
La mémoire peut être effacée en appuyant sur la touche brièvement.
Le système revient automatiquement au mode standard de pesage.
Le signe “M” est à nouveau désactivée.
5. CHANGEMENT DE BATTERIESL’alimentation du système se fait par 2 piles AA. Lorsqu’il est utilisé normalement, les piles durent environ 1 an.
Lorsque le niveau des batteries est faible, le “low bat” symbole clignote.
Lorsque les piles sont complètement vides, le système de pesage s’éteint.

3. WARNINGS & SAFETY MEASURES
When using the hand pallet truck with weight indication please observe carefully the instructions and guidelines contained in this manual. Always perform each step in sequence.
All safety regulations that apply to the pallet truck remain valid and unchanged.Any modifications done to the system must be approved in writing from the supplier, prior to any work being completed.Do not operate this unit unless you have been fully trained of its capabilities.Check the accuracy of the scale on a regular basis to prevent faulty readings.Only trained and authorized personnel are allowed to service the scale.

4.3 ERROR MESSAGESDISPLAY
-O.L-The weighing system has been overloaded. Remove weight.
Err06 Signal from the sensor on AD converter is too high. Check sensor connection..
Err07 No signal from the sensor on AD converter. Check sensor connection..
Err12 Span calibration data lost. Recalibrate the system.
Err98Calibration point must be higher than previous one and higher than value of 25. Or enterered value calibration point value is equal to 0000..
Symbol is blinking:
The battery voltage level is running low. The battery has to be charged.
Flahing M:
memory is full ( >99.999 kg cannot be shown by using 5 digits), no weights can be accepted te be added. Erase memory.
4. 4 ON / OFF SWITCHSWITCHING ON THE INDICATOR
Start up the indicator. Shortly press the Key
SWITCHING OFF THE INDICATOR
Switch off the indicator by keeping both keys and simultaneously pressed for 2 seconds.

THE INDICATOR WILL SWITCH OFF AUTOMATICALLY
The indicator will switch off automatically after 2 minutes if no key press and no motion.
4.5 ZERO CHECK BEFORE WEIGHING & CORRECTION1. Start up the indicator. Shortly press the ON key. 2. Be sure the forks of the hand pallet truck are empty.
3. Lift the forks to the reference height and check the zero value in the display.
4. The forks are at the reference height. Check the zero value in the display.
5. When the deviation is more than +/- 5 kg, the zero value can be corrected by pressing the Zero key shortly.
6. The indicator will directly go back to the normal weighing mode.

4.6 GROSS WEIGHINGLower the pallet truck into its lowest fork position. In lowest position the 3 arrows-up are ON.
Pick up a load and lift it to the reference height.
Don’t lift too fast/heavy
Don’t lift too slow/smooth
When the load has been lifted too high, the arrow-down is ON.

4.7 TOTALLING
Start up the indicator. Shortly press the Key Place the weight on pallet truck.
Press the key to add the weighed load to the total weight.
The value is stored in the memory. The M sign is shown in the display.
Place the new weight on pallet truck..
Press the TOTAL Key to add the second weighed load to the
total weight.
The value is stored and added in the memory.

4.8 TOTAL AND RESET
The memory can be recalled by pressing the key for 3 seconds.
In turn, the indicator shows the last sequence number and the (sub)total that is currently stored in the memory.
The memory can be erased by pressing the key shortly.
The system will automatically return to the standard weighing mode.
The M sign is de-activated again.
5. CHANGING THE BATTERIESThe power supply to the system takes place through 2 AA batteries. When used normally, the batteries will last for about 1 year.
When the voltage level of the batteries is running low, the “low bat” symbol will be blinking.
When the batteries are completely empty, the weighing system switches off.
