Conductores de Aluminio Desnudo
Los conductores de Aluminio Desnudo sonusados para transmisión y distribución deenergía eléctrica en líneas aéreas.
Los metales más utilizados para sufabricación son aluminio 1350-H19,
aleación de aluminio 6201-T81 y acero recubierto con zinc o con aluminio.
Los conductores AAC están formados en su totalidad por alambres de aluminio 1350-H19 y los conductores AAAC por alambres de aleación de aluminio 6201-T81. Losconductores ACSR están formados por alambres de aluminio 1350-H19 reforzados conalambres de acero recubierto con zinc y los conductores ACSR/AW por alambres dealuminio 1350-H19 reforzados con alambres de acero recubierto con aluminio. Losconductores ACAR se construyen de alambres de aluminio 1350-H19, reforzados conalambres de aleación de aluminio 6201-T81. Los conductores de Aluminio DesnudoCENTELSA se fabrican en diferentes clases de cableado: sólido, AA, A ó B, según laflexibilidad requerida.
El aluminio 1350-H19 y la aleación 6201-T81 poseen buena resistencia a la corrosión.El aluminio 1350-H19 tiene una conductividad de 61.2% IACS, en contraste con sumoderada carga de rotura, mientras que la aleación 6201-T81 tiene mayor carga derotura, pero menor conductividad 52.5% IACS.
El acero que se usa en las líneas aéreas posee alta carga de rotura y buena resistenciaa la corrosión debido al recubrimiento, sea zinc o aluminio, y una conductividad de 9%para acero recubierto con zinc y 20.33% para acero recubierto con aluminio.
Los conductores de Aluminio Desnudo CENTELSA, son fabricados de acuerdo conreconocidas Normas o Estándares como IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission),ASTM (American Society For Testing and Materials) y NTC (Norma TécnicaColombiana - ICONTEC). Además, CENTELSA cuenta con certificaciones de entidadescomo ICONTEC y CIDET de Colombia y LAPEM y ANCE de México.

Descripción
Alambres de aluminio 1350-H19 cableados de forma concéntrica.
Usos y Aplicaciones
Los conductores AAC ó ASC se usan en líneas aéreas de transmisión y distribuciónde energía eléctrica donde no se requiere una carga de rotura tan alta, especialmenteen vanos o tramos cortos.
También son utilizados como neutro portante para cables de distribución tipo Múltiplexcon fases de aluminio aisladas y cableadas alrededor del neutro en AAC.
Normas y Especificaciones
Los conductores AAC ó ASC CENTELSA, se fabrican bajo las siguientes normas:ASTM B230, NTC-ICONTEC 360. Alambres de aluminio 1350-H19.ASTM B231, NTC-ICONTEC 308. Cables de aluminio cableado concéntrico.IEC 228 para construcción de calibres en mm2.
Certificaciones
Para conductores de Aluminio Desnudo AAC, CENTELSA posee los siguientes certificadosde calidad de producto:CIDET (Colombia) aluminio desnudo tipo AAC ó ASC. Cert. No. 00409.LAPEM (México) AAC. Norma CFE E0000-30.

Alambres de aleación de aluminio 6201-T81 cableados concéntricamente.
Usos y Aplicaciones
Los conductores AAAC se usan en líneas aéreas de transmisión y distribución deenergía eléctrica.
También son utilizados como neutro portante para cables de distribución tipoMúltiplex con fases de aluminio o aleación de aluminio aisladas y cableadasalrededor del neutro en AAAC.
Los conductores AAAC presentan una excelente relación carga de rotura a pesoy poseen una buena resistencia a la corrosión.

Los conductores AAAC se fabrican bajo las siguientes normas:ASTM B398, NTC-ICONTEC 2729. Alambres de aleación de aluminio 6201-T81.ASTM B399, NTC-ICONTEC 2730. Cables de aleación de aluminio 6201-T81cableado concéntrico.IEC 208 para construcción de calibres en mm2.

DescripciónAlambres de aluminio 1350-H19 cableados concéntricamente alrededor de un núcleode aleación de aluminio 6201-T81.Aunque la mayoría de las construcciones de cable ACAR poseen un núcleo de aleación,en algunos conductores los alambres de aleación de aluminio 6201-T81 se encuentrandistribuidos en capas, combinados con alambres de aluminio 1350-H19.
Usos y AplicacionesLos conductores eléctricos ACAR se usan en líneas aéreas de transmisión y distribuciónde energía eléctrica.Su buena relación de carga de rotura a peso hace que los cables ACAR sean aplicablesdonde se requieren buenas características de conducción de corriente y de carga derotura.

Descripción
Alambres de aluminio 1350-H19 cableados concéntricamente, alrededor de unnúcleo de acero recubierto con zinc.
El recubrimiento de zinc del núcleo normalmente es clase A (ACSR/GA), disponibletambién en clase B (ACSR/GB) y clase C (ACSR/GC).
El núcleo puede ser un alambre de acero o un torón, conformado por 7 ó 19alambres cableados en forma concéntrica.
Usos y Aplicaciones
Los conductores eléctricos ACSR se usan en líneas aéreas de transmisión y distribuciónde energía eléctrica.
Los cables ACSR presentan muy buena carga de rotura, característica especialmenteútil para diseño de líneas aéreas. Con diferentes cableados de núcleo de acero sepueden obtener diferentes cargas de rotura, sin sacrificar la capacidad de conducciónde corriente.
También son utilizados como neutro portante para cables de distribución tipoMúltiplex con fases de aluminio aisladas, cableadas alrededor del neutro en ACSR.

Descripción
Alambres de aluminio 1350-H19 cableados concéntricamente, alrededor de unnúcleo de acero recubierto con aluminio.
El recubrimiento de los alambres de acero que componen el núcleo consiste de unacapa de aluminio.
El núcleo puede ser un alambre de acero o puede ser un torón, conformado por7 ó 19 alambres cableados en forma concéntrica. En algunos cables ACSR/AWde 7 hilos, se encuentran alambres de acero distribuidos en la primera capa.
Usos y Aplicaciones
Los conductores ACSR/AW se usan en líneas aéreas de transmisión y distribuciónde energía eléctrica.

Los cables ACSR/AW presentan muy buena carga de rotura, característica especialmenteútil para diseño de líneas áereas. Con diferentes cableados de núcleo de acero sepueden obtener diferentes cargas de rotura, sin sacrificar la capacidad de conducciónde corriente.
Se usan donde se requiere una mayor protección a la corrosión que en los cablesACSR/GA. También son utilizados como neutro portante para cables de distribucióntipo Múltiplex con fases de aluminio aisladas, cableadas alrededor del neutro enACSR/AW.
