Work is in the capacity of “Project Manager” and it involves: The role is the link between all concerned parties: supervision team, client and contractor. It manages the contract and enforces his team to abide by the terms and conditions shown in the contract to ensure contract is applied with fairness for all the stakeholders. RE has the highest level of responsibility on site. This role is the one reporting to the Supervision Department Manager.
a) Communicate to the site personnel on the contract and their role in order to ensure that all of them are aware of the contract terms related to their specialty and aware of their duties and responsibilities.
b) Distribute the revised construction drawings to •other parties (i.e his team, contractor and client) in order to ensure all the parties are aware of the changes.
c) Handle all the administrative, technical and financial supervision functions of the project in order to insure proper control.
d) Enforce strict compliance with all provisions of the contract under his supervision to fulfill the contract requirements. Interpret correctly the contract's specifications and the client's requirements in association

with the head office different departments in order to ensure the client and the contractor have the same understanding of the terms and conditions.
e) Check and monitor project progress according to the plan and take all necessary actions to assure completion in a timely manner and within the set budget.
f) Ensure with the team that workmanship, materials and equipment used in the project have been approved, and all test reports have been reviewed and approved.
g) Handle on time formal correspondence whether internal with the Client or with the Contractor with approval of the Department manager to ensure fairness regarding the stakeholders, fulfill of the contract terms and conditions while protecting K&A interests.
h) Check verify and certify interim and final payment applications and quantities executed by the Contractor to ensure they are correct.
