El Pimentón es el resultado de la molienda de los pimientos de la variedad Capsicum annum, (Bola, Jaran-da, Jariza y Jeromín) en los tradicionales molinos de piedra y del secado con leña de encina y roble típico de la zona La Vera. Indispensable en la dieta mediterránea para sopas, escabeches, salsas, carnes y pescados o como conservante en la elaboración de embutidos.

Salchichón Ibérico de Bellota El Salchichón Ibérico de Bellota se produce a partir de magros seleccionados de nuestros cerdos Ibéricos de bellota. Se adoban con pimienta, sal, ajo y distintas hierbas, y se embuten en tripa natural, para más ade-lante permanecer en los secaderos naturales cuatro meses donde alcanzarán su mejor punto. Es conveniente cortarlo en finas lochas para apreciar su elegante sabor.

Our Cod is fished with traditional hook in the cold and clean waters of one of the best shing grounds in the world, the Faroe Islands. Once in the San Sebastian port, our product is submited to the traditional salting pro-cess, keeping all its properties. Cod loins are presented perfectly clean and boneless, allowing an easy cut and are perfect to make many dishes like the famous “Bacalao a la Vizcaína”.

El pulpo de Olmeda Orígenes, ya está cocido al vapor en su jugo directamente en una bolsa de vacío, es totalmente natural, sin conservantes, simplemente pulpo, con un rendimiento del 100% al poder aprovechar tanto la carne como su jugo. Para consumirlo simplemente, hay que introducirlo durante 5 minutos en agua hirviendo, calentar 2 minutos en el microondas a máxima potencia o calentar en la brasa o plancha, y ¡listo para aderezar al gusto, comer y disfrutar!

Cordero Lechal Pierna de cordero / Paletilla de cordero / Chuletero / Riñonada
Sin lugar a dudas el plato por excelencia de España y lo traemos de Burgos donde seleccionamos esta joya: el Cordero Lechal o Lechazo. Nuestros corderos son las crías de las ovejas de raza Churra: andarina, resistente, longeva y con su características lana blanca con manchas negras en el hocico. El cordero lechal pesa entre 9 y 12 kilos y se alimenta exclusivamente con leche materna. La carne del lechazo tiene la infiltración de grasa suficiente y equilibrada, transfiriendo a ésta la jugosidad, ternura y sabor característicos.

It is, undoubtedly, the dish par excellence in Spain and we bring it from Burgos, where we select this jewel: the Baby or Suckling Lamb. Our lambs are the offspring of the Churra sheep: walker, resistant, long-living and with its characteristic white wool with black marks on the snout. The Baby Lamp weights between 9 and 12 kilos and is exclusively fed with mother’s milk. The suckling lamb’s meat has sufficient and balance fat infiltration, wich transfer the characteristic juiciness, smoothness and flavour.
