11. Como se manejan las infecciones asociadas a catéter ?
Tiempo diferencial para positividad >120 min ???
Infección asociada a línea central: S aureus, P. aeruginosa, TBC , Hongos 14 días
Reseccción de catéter: trombosis séptica, endocarditis, inestabilidad con sepsis, infección mas de 72 horas.
Infección por Coagulasa negativo: se mantiene el catéter , Tto IV
4- 6 semanas si complicaciones Endocarditis, infección de tejidos profundos, bacteremia mas de 72h
Higiene manos, precauciones de barrera, antisepsia cutánea, uno de clorhexidina
