Distribución Vd es de 88L, con su metabolito activo esta unido a

Metaboliza por el citocromo P450 (CYP) principalmente CYP3A4

El y su metabolito activo son débiles sustratos de la glicoproteína P e inhibidores

Excreción La principal es hepática y del metabolito es biliar

FARMACODINAMICA Respuesta a 20 micromolar (M) de ADP

En SCA con ASA + ticagrelor presenta un inicio de accion IAP 0,5 horas tras una carga de 180 mg de aprox. 41%, efecto máximo de IAP del 89% 2-4 H, manteniéndose entre 2-8 H. El 90% de los pacientes presentó una IAP prolongada final >70% 2 H después de administrar la dosis.

Inhibición 50-60% de la agregación por ADP máxima 2-4 H después de dosis de carga de 180 mg

Inicio más rápido e inhibición plaquetaria más pronunciada, dosis dependiente o independiente al sexo y edad. T1/2 plasmática es de 6-12 h por lo cual es 2 veces al día 100 mg inhiben un 90% Vs 60% del clopidogrel el ADP
