Cuando el cliente realiza una reserva para un masaje o tratamiento se le explica dicha política, y se le piden unos datos:• Nombre y apellidos del cliente• Número de habitación ( en el caso de estar alojados)• Número de teléfono y de la tarjeta de crédito ( en el caso de que no esté alojado en el hotel)• Tipo de servicio ( masaje o tratamiento)

Política de cancelación• Cancelación con más de 3 horas de antelación no se carga nada• Cancelación con menos de 3 horas de antelación se carga el 30%• Si no acude a la cita se le carga el 100%• Si el cliente llega tarde se le descuenta el tiempo pero se le carga el servicio completo.
