LUPUS
En el Lupus Eritematoso Sistémico el sistema inmune se activa contra el mismo huésped. El sistema inmune ataca a cualquier órgano provocando
desde artritis hasta falla renal.
Lupus: del latín Lupus que significa lobo.
En 1981 se le da el nombre de Lupus Eritematoso Sistémico (LES)
La supervivencia a los diez años es superior al 90%

Genético Cromosomas 1, 4 y 6
Daños en los genes de los cromosomas 1, 4 y 6. Estos genes codifican a MHC II, proteínas de complemento y receptores IIA y IIIA de inmunoglobulinas.

Antipsicóticos, Tx de
cardiopatías
Ciertas drogas para el tratamiento de cardiopatías o anti psicóticos tienen efectos lupídicos.
Infecciones Bacterias y virus
Las infecciones hacen mas susceptible al sistema inmunológico, el DNA de algunas bacterias y virus se confunde con el del huésped.
Luz solar Rayos UVLos rayos ultravioleta causan daño a lípidos, ácidos nucléicos, aminoácidos y componentes de la membrana celular.
