Riverside Transport, Inc. (“RTI”) will be twenty years old this year and it seems like we are just getting started! We enter a new chapter in our development in 2015 as we continue to grow and invest on behalf of our customers. This is a season filled with the promise of a bright future – a future which takes the best of what RTI has to offer today and simply adds to it. We are investing heavily in our future by upgrading everything from rolling stock to technology, but it all begins with the support we receive from our customers. We must earn our customers’ loyalty via the safe, cost-efficient service we provide each and every day. We will stand by our customers through every economic cycle to deliver superior service at a fair price. Our capital investments continue to increase our size and technological capability, and we now have a larger scope of services we can offer. Our team is excited about 2015 and there is great energy in all of our people. Your business is a very important priority for us, and we truly want to earn your business. MAST is created in response to increasing customer demand for WBE services.

Fleet grows to 150 units each and hold steady as the recession progresses.

Grojean and Wallace acquire RTI in March - had 75 trucks, no computer system, old equipment, we replaced all trucks with new, acquired new trailers, installed state of the art TMW enterprise software platform, satellite tracking and communications.

All old model tractors replaced by end of 2014 – the oldest truck is a 2012. We plan for organic OTR growth of 10-15%, opportunistic growth of dedicated fleets and possible acquisition growth.

Continued growth in 2011 and investment in new rolling stock. Nearly 200 new tractors and 100 new trailers.

A logistics business model is formed in response to increased client demand, regional brokerage offices > $30 million in sales in 2012.

New terminal in Owensboro, KY in 2009 – continued investment in carrier even in midst of great downturn. We are now 300 trucks.
