evoluciónSati Italia S.p.A. fue adquirida en 1991 y recientemente celebró sus primeros 25 años de actividad dentro del Grupo Carpaneto Sati.Sati Italia ofrece al mercado una gama de productos y soluciones relacionadas con el campo de los sistemas eléctricos industriales y su actividad principal se identifica en la amplia gama de sistemas de canalización de cables metálicos divididos en: sistemas de canalización de cables en la versión cerrada y perforada “Line S5”, sistema de pasarelas de alambre “Line S2”, sistema de pasarelas con traviesas “Line S3”.La producción de estas principales líneas de productos y el tratamiento de la Galvanización en caliente después del tratamiento y el Barnizado en Polvo son procesos realizados en la planta de Procan S.r.l. en Latina, una planta de producción propiedad de Sati Italia S.p.A. El catálogo de conductos se completa con otros soportes y sistemas de suspensión (estanterías, perfiles, juntas, etc...) y finalmente con un sistema modular muy práctico, rápido y económico, compatible con los accesorios de los sistemas de suspensión, conocidos en el mercado como “Sati Speed Line”. Desde marzo de 2017, tras el acuerdo industrial firmado con Naxso S.r.l., Sati Italia SpA ha ampliado su gama de productos, completando aún más su oferta comercial. Los acuerdos con Naxso S.r.l. representan un paso importante en la estrategia de distribución de la marca Sati en Italia, que se enriquece con un socio experto y fiable en el sector de las Conducciones de Barra. Este acuerdo prevé la producción y venta en Italia de las nuevas líneas de barras colectoras de Sati Italia: SATIIDEA Line (Condotto Sbarre Luce) y SATISTART y SATIGO Lines (Condotti Sbarre Potenza). La Línea SATIIDEA se utiliza para la alimentación de luminarias, torres de suelo y pequeños consumidores de energía en almacenes y oficinas; se puede instalar en techos, paredes y suelo radiante. Las líneas SATISTART y SATIGO se utilizan en la industria, en el sector terciario y en almacenes donde es necesario disponer de un sistema de distribución eléctrica para pequeñas y medianas centrales eléctricas. La oferta de estas líneas se compone de: elementos rectos, alimentadores, elementos complementarios, cajas de derivación (tapones), elementos de fijación.La oferta de Sati Italia, sin embargo, incluye otras líneas de productos y soluciones, que se han ido integrando a lo largo de los años, partiendo de líneas de productos más históricas, como por ejemplo: Systems for Ground, Lightning and Equipotential Systems, LPS - Exterior and Flame Cutting Barrier Systems for Passive Protection, llegando a las más recientes líneas de productos, tales como: la línea dedicada a la fijación de elementos para el sector eléctrico “Linea Sati Nobex”, la Isla Fotovoltaica y finalmente un Sistema de Estructuras Modulares para Sistemas Fotovoltaicos. Cada línea de productos Sati Italia dispone de su propio catálogo de referencia, tanto en versión tipográfica como digital, disponible en el área de documentación de la página web www.sati.it., recientemente actualizada. Sati Italia S.p.A. was acquired in 1991 and recently celebrated its first 25 years as part of the Carpaneto Sati Group.Sati Italia offers a range of products and solutions for industrial electrical systems and its core business consists of a wide range of cable trunking systems, which includes: “Line S5” closed and perforated trunking systems, “Line S2” mesh wire cable tray systems and “Line S3” cable ladder systems.The production of these main product lines and the Hot-dip Galvanizing and Powder Coating processes are carried out by the Procan S.r.l plant in Latina, a production site owned by Sati Italia S.p.A. Furthermore, the cable trunking Catalogue includes other support systems such as suspension systems (brackets, profiles, joints, etc.) and, finally, a very practical, fast and cheap modular system, which is compatible with the suspension system accessories and is known as the “Sati Speed Line”. Following the industrial agreement signed with Naxso S.r.l. in March 2017, Sati Italia S.p.A., has further expanded its range of products, thus further enhancing its commercial offering. The agreements with Naxso S.r.l. are an important step in the distribution strategy of the Sati brand in Italy, which gains an expert and reliable partner in the field of Busbar Trunkings. Thanks to this agreement, Sati Italia is able to manufacture and sell its new lines of busbars in Italy: the SATIIDEA Line (Busbar Trunking for Lighting Systems) and the SATISTART and SATIGO Lines (Busbar Trunking for Power Distribution). The SATIIDEA Line is used to power luminaires, floor mini-columns and small power loads in warehouses and offices. They can be installed on ceilings, walls and floating underfloors. The SATISTART and SATIGO Lines are used in the industry sector, in the service sector and in warehouses that need an electrical distribution for medium and small power plants. The range for both Lines includes: straight elements, power supplies, complementary elements, junction boxes (plugs) and fastening devices.However, Sati Italia also offers other product lines and solutions, which have been incorporated over the years. These range from more traditional product lines, such as Earthing systems, Lightning Protection and Equipotential Bonding Systems, External LPS and Passive Fire Protection Systems, to the more recently introduced new product lines, such as the line dedicated to fastening devices for the electrical sector, the “Sati Nobex Line”, the Stand-alone Photovoltaic System and a Metal Framing System for Photovoltaic Plants. Los conductos de barras de Sati Italia se fabrican de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes del producto.- Los conductos de barras se dividen en tres sistemas, en función del

uso y del amperaje: SATIIDEA para alimentar aparatos de alumbrado (de 25A a 63A ), SATISTART para pequeña y mediana potencia (de 63A a 250A ) y SATIGO SATIGO para mediana y grande potencia (desde 315A a 1000A) para el transporte o distribución de electricidad a los sistemas de producción.

- Los conductos de barras en general, tanto para la iluminación como para la distribución de fuerza motriz, tienen una considerable flexibilidad de instalación, modificación y mantenimiento comparados con los metodos tradicionales tubo/conducto, cable/alambre, cajas de conexiones, etc.

De hecho, los componentes de los sistemas se pueden ensamblar con facilidad, con pocas y simples herramientas, ya que los elementos rectilíneos, las alimentaciones y las juntas flexibles se conectan por medio de juntas de acoplamiento rápido.

Una distribución modular de los conductos de barras permite la instalación de las líneas sin tener en cuenta la ubicación final de las maquinarias que los utilizan.

- Las tomas en los elementos rectilíneos, con paso de 0,5 mt, permiten al usuario elegir la posición más adecuada para instalar el enchufe de derivación.

- Los enchufes de derivación pueden insertarse o quitarse de las tomas con el sistema bajo tensión, evitando que se pare la producción de los otros usuarios.

- Estos sistemas de conductos de barras, debido a su simplicidad, también son fáciles de inspeccionar y mantener periódicamente.

- Contrariamente a los sistemas tradicionales (tubo/cable), los conductos de barras, después de un uso más o menos prolongado, pueden ser modificados o completamente desmontados, limpiados y vueltos a montar recuperando y reutilizando a todos los materiales previamente instalados.

- Los tiempos de instalación de los conductos de barras, debido a la simplicidad de unir las piezas y el menor peso de las mismas, son considerablemente menores que los tiempos de montaje de los metodos tradicionales tubo/conducto, cable/alambre, cajas de conexiones, etc.

- Los sistemas de conductos de barras están diseñados para evitar que los usuarios realicen maniobras incorrectas.

- Posibilidad de disponer rápidamente de una fuente de electricidad en cualquier punto de la planta.

- Al elegir adoptar sistemas de conductos de barras en lugar de métodos tradicionales, habrá un ahorro económico en función de los usuarios. Cuanto más estos sean, más competitivo será el sistema de conductos de barras.

- La carcasa externa de los conductos de barras está constituida por perfil de aluminio que asegura la robustez del producto, peso extremadamente bajo, resistencia a la torsión, conductividad superior a cualquier otro metal, longevidad, ya que se puede adaptar a cualquier condición ambiental.

- Además, gracias a su sección y continuidad eléctrica, también actúa como conductor de protección (PE).

- Los sistemas de conductos de barras están diseñados para funcionar a una temperatura ambiente de 40° C.

Sati Italia busbar trunking units are manufactured in accordance with the applicable product standards.

- Busbar trunking units are manufactured in three different versions according to use and amperage: SATIIDEA, designed to power lighting devices (25A to 63A), SATISTART for low and medium voltage equipment (63A to 250A) and SATIGO for medium and high voltage equipment (315A to 1000A) used for power transmission or distribution to production systems.

- In general, busbar trunking units, both for lighting and power loads distribution, are considerably easy to be installed, modified and maintained if compared to traditional methods: pipe/channel, wire/cable, junction boxes, etc ....

System parts can be easily mounted with few and simple tools since straight elements, power supplies and flexible junction units are connected by means of quick coupling joints.

A modular distribution of busbar trunking units allows installing the lines without taking into account the final location of the equipment.

- Plugs on straight elements, with a 0.5-m pitch, allow the user to choose the most suitable place where to install the tap-off plug.

- Tap-off plugs can be inserted or removed from sockets even with the system live, avoiding production stops from other users.

- Thanks to their simplicity feature, these busbar trunking systems are also easy to inspect and maintain periodically.

- Unlike traditional systems (pipe and wire), busbar trunking units, after a more or less prolonged use, can be modified or completely disassembled, cleaned and reassembled, recovering and reusing all the previously installed materials.

- Thanks to simple and low-weight joining parts, busbar trunking units require reduced installation time if compared with traditional methods (pipe/channel, wire/cable, junction boxes, etc.).

- Busbar trunking systems are designed to prevent users from performing incorrect operations.

- Possibility of having a source of electricity available at any point in the plant in a timely manner.

- Choosing busbar trunking systems instead of traditional methods will result in an economic saving depending on the equipment to be powered. The competitiveness of the busbar trunking system will increase according to the increased number of equipment to be powered.

- The external housing of the busbar trunking units consists of an aluminium profile that guarantees product robustness, extremely low weight, resistance to twisting, higher conductivity if compared with any other metal, and a longer service life as it can be adapted to any environmental condition.

- Moreover, thanks to its section and electrical continuity, it is also used as a protective earthing conductor (PE).

La evaluación de los niveles de campo magnético generados en entornos residenciales e industriales es una obligación definida por marco normativo nacional e internacional, tanto para la protección de los trabajadores como para la protección de la población, que en Italia incluye a los trabajadores no expuestos ocupacionalmente.

Los sistemas de conductos de barras pueden ser una fuente de contaminación electromagnética importante que el gestor, generalmente el propietario del edificio industrial, y el empresario deben tener en cuenta en la evaluación de los riesgos.

Sati Italia S.p.A., teniendo dentro del grupo las competencias técnicas y científicas para tratar el problema del impacto electromagnético, ha analizado en detalle el problema caracterizando sus productos y ha estudiado soluciones para una reducción significativa de los campos magnéticos.

Se ha realizado una intensa actividad teórica y experimental sobre los diferentes tipos y tamaños del producto, lo que ha permitido ofrecer en el mercado un producto innovador completamente caracterizado.

PREVENIR ES MEJOR QUE CURAREl conocimiento de los niveles de campo magnético generados por las conexiones eléctricas, cables o conductos de barras que sean, es un elemento fundamental que el diseñador de un sistema eléctrico debe tener en cuenta en la definición de las trayectorias y posicionamiento de los equipos eléctricos. Un diseño incorrecto requiere intervenciones posteriores que implican numerosos problemas que pueden resolverse solo modificando el sistema o creando sistemas de bloqueo adecuados. Por lo tanto, es importante que el diseñador de una nueva planta pueda tener información sobre el impacto electromagnético de un conducto para que defina rutas y distancias de acuerdo con esta información.

En particular, una información fundamental que Sati Italia S.p.A. ha querido proporcionar en su catálogo está definida como “franja de protección”: la distancia desde el conducto para que el nivel de inducción magnética sea inferior a un valor determinado.

The assessment of magnetic field levels in civil and industrial environments is a requirement defined by a national and international regulatory framework both for the protection of workers and for the protection of the population, that in Italy can be assimilated even to workers who are not professionally exposed.

Busbar trunking systems can be a source of important electromagnetic pollution that the manager, typically the owner of the industrial building, and the employer must take into account in the risk assessment.

Sati Italia S.p.A., having within the group the technical and scientific skills to deal with the problem of electromagnetic impact, has analysed in detail the problem featuring its own products and studied the correct solutions for a significant reduction of magnetic fields.

An intense theoretical and experimental activity was carried out on the different types and sizes of products, allowing to place a completely featured innovative product on the market.

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CUREThe knowledge of the magnetic field levels generated by electrical connections, cables or busbar trunking units, is an important element that the designer of an electrical system must take into account when defining the routes and positioning of the electrical equipment. A wrong design requires subsequent interventions that involve numerous problems that can be solved by modifying the installation or by creating suitable shielding systems. It is therefore important that the designer of a new installation can have at hand information about the electromagnetic impact of a trunking system so that routes and distances can be defined according to this information.

In particular, in its catalogue Sati Italia S.p.A. provides the so-called “buffer zone”, that is the distance from the trunking system according to which the level of magnetic induction is lower than a given value.

PARA ALIMENTAR APARATOS DE ALUMBRADO 25A/63ALIGHT BUSBAR TRUNKING 25A / 63A

CRITERIOS CONSTRUCTIVOS / CONSTRUCTION CRITERIAS

SATIIDEA se puede utilizar para aparatos de alumbrado, torretas de piso y pequeños usuarios de energía en almacenes y oficinas; se puede instalar en el techo, en la pared y en capas flotantes.Todo el sistema SATIIDEA garantiza un grado de protección IP55 sin añadir accesorios y es pirorretardante, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.

ELEMENTOS RECTILÍNEOS- 3 distintas capacidades 25A/40A/63A, producidas en las versiones

con 2, 4 y 6 conductores para elemento único y 2+2, 4+2, 4+4, 6+6 (solo para 25A y 40A) para elementos dobles. En la versión de 6 polos, se proporcionan 2 conductores activos para un eventual circuito de iluminación de seguridad o gestión y control de sistemas de iluminación (DALI).

- Los conductores son de cobre rígido con una pureza de no menos del 99.9%.

- En el elemento rectilíneo, los conductores están separados entre sí por una vaina en tecnopolímero autoextinguible.

- Montaje de acción rápida y cierre de ajuste con tornillo que garantiza la continuidad eléctrica del conductor y de protección (envoltura PE).

- Los aparatos de iluminación se pueden montar directamente en los elementos rectilíneos por medio de soportes especiales.

ALIMENTACIONES- Las fuentes de alimentación se suministran con los respectivos cierres

de final de línea.- Están disponibles en dos versiones: con junta (IZQUIERDA) y sin junta

(DERECHA).- Las fuentes de alimentación de 25A están equipadas con bornes de

conexión para cables con secciones de hasta 6 mm2, mientras que las de 40A/63A están provistas de terminales que aceptan cables con una sección de hasta 16 mm2.

- Para las instalaciones donde el punto de llegada de la energía eléctrica esté cerca de la línea central de la línea electrificada, se pueden utilizar alimentaciones intermedias, lo que también contribuye a reducir la caída de tensión al final de la línea.

ELEMENTOS COMPLEMENTARIOSLos cambios de dirección y/o las desviaciones de posibles obstáculos en la ruta de la línea se pueden realizar utilizando juntasflexibles. Para las uniones con elementos rectilíneos, se comportan como las alimentaciones de cabezal.

ENCHUFES DE DERIVACIÓN- Los enchufes se utilizan para la alimentación eléctrica de los aparatos

de iluminación y pequeños usuarios monofásicos y trifásicos.- Enchufes de gran resistencia con gancho con retención mecánica sin

tornillo.- Se pueden insertar/extraer bajo tensión y bajo carga.- Todos los componentes aislantes están hechos de tecnopolímero

según IEC 60695-2-12 ensayo del hilo incandescente y V0-UL94.- El contacto de tierra (PE) alcanza la carcasa exterior antes de insertar

los contactos de enchufe en los conductores.- Por su construcción, el enchufe no se puede insertar de forma

incorrecta.Se presentan en las siguientes versiones:- 10A monofásica precableada con cable 3x1.5, longitud 80 cm. En la versión 10A precableada, es posible mover los contactos a otras

posiciones, asegurándose de reemplazar el identificador coloreado con un identificador de otro color, que se puede proporcionar como accesorio.

Los contactos precableados pueden ser seleccionables.- 10A monofásico con 2 contactos directos con posibilidad de

equiparlo con hasta 6 polos con contactos adicionales.- 16A monofásico con 1 contacto directo + 1 contacto con fusible de

SATIIDEA is used to power luminaries, floor mini-columns and small power loads in warehouses and offices. They can be mounted on ceilings, walls and under raised floors.The whole SATIIDEA system ensures an IP55 degree of protection without the addition of accessories and is fire-retardant according to the regulations in force.

STRAIGHT ELEMENTS- 3 different rated currents available (25A/40A/63A), manufactured in 2, 4

and 6 conductor versions for single element and 2+2, 4+2, 4+4, 6+6 (only for 25A and 40A) for double elements. In the 6-poles version, 2 active conductors are provided for a possible safety lighting circuit or a lighting system management line (DALI).

- Conductors are made of rigid copper with a purity of not less than 99.9%.- In the straight element conductors are separated from each other by a

self-extinguishing technopolymer sheath.- Quick snap and screw-type locking mounting guarantees the electrical

continuity of the protective earthing conductor (PE housing).- Luminaries can be mounted directly on straight elements by means of

special support brackets.

POWER SUPPLIES- Power supplies are supplied with the relevant end-of-line closing

elements.- They are available in two versions: with joint (LEFT) and without joint

(RIGHT).- 25A power supplies are equipped with terminals for cables with cross

sections up to 6 mm2, while 40A/63A ones are fitted with terminals that accept cables with cross-sections up to 16 mm2.

- For installations where the current entry is expected to be close to the centre of the energized line, intermediate power supplies can also be used. They also help reduce the voltage drop at the end of the line.

COMPLEMENTARY ELEMENTSChanges in direction and/or deviations from possible obstacles on the route of the line can be made by using flexible junction units. In case of connection with straight elements, they behave like end power supplies.

TAP-OFF PLUGS- Plugs are used to power luminaries and small single-phase and three-

phase equipment.- Extremely robust plugs with mechanical locking without screw.- They can be inserted and removed even if they are live and under load.- All insulating parts are made of technopolymer in accordance with IEC

60695-2-12 (glow wire test) and V0-UL94.- The protective earthing contact (PE) reaches the external housing before

inserting the plug contacts into the conductors.- The plug has been designed so that it cannot be inserted incorrectly.They are available in the following versions:- 10A single-phase prewired plug with a 3x1.5 cable (80 cm long). In the 10A prewired version it is possible to move the contacts to other

positions, making sure to replace the coloured mark with a mark of a different colour that can be supplied as an accessory.

Prewired contacts can be selected.- 10A single-phase plug with 2 direct contacts. It can be equipped with up

to 6 poles with additional contacts.- 16A single-phase plug with 1 direct contact + 1 contact with a 6.3A fuse.

It can be equipped with up to 4 poles with additional contacts.- 16A single-phase plug with 1 direct contact + 1 contact with a 16A fuse.

It can be equipped with up to 4 poles with additional contacts.- 16A single-phase plug with 1 direct contact + 1 contact with a 16A fuse. It can be equipped with up to 6 poles with additional contacts.

FASTENING DEVICES- Brackets are available to mount the busbar trunking unit on walls,

building ceilings directly or by means of chains/steel cables, or under raised floors.

- Some brackets can be used for the suspension of luminaries directly from straight elements.

La serie de conductos de barras SATISTART se utiliza en industrias, en el sector terciario y en almacenes donde se necesita distribución eléctrica para instalaciones de pequeña y mediana potencia.Todo el sistema SATISTART garantiza un grado de protección IP52. Con la adición de obturadores para ventanas, alcanza el grado de protección IP55. Todos los componentes del sistema son pirorretardantes, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.

ELEMENTOS RECTILÍNEOS- 4 capacidades distintas 63A/100A/160A/250A.- 4 conductores de aluminio con sección igual.- En el elemento rectilíneo, los conductores están separados por un

soporte para bisagra en tecnopolímero autoextinguible.- Montaje de acción rápida y cierre de ajuste de tornillo que garantiza

la continuidad eléctrica del conductor de protección (envoltura PE).- Las junturas absorben cualquier expansión térmica de los

conductores.

ALIMENTACIONES- Las alimentaciones se proporcionan con los respectivos cierres de

final de línea.- La conexión es rápida como en elementos rectilíneos.- Se proporcionan en dos versiones: con junta (IZQUIERDA) y sin junta

(DERECHA).- Las alimentaciones 63A/100A están equipadas con placas de

acoplamiento para terminales con secciones de hasta 25 mm2, las de 160A para terminales de hasta 50 mm2 y las alimentaciones de 250A para terminales de hasta 70 mm2.

- Para instalaciones donde el punto de llegada de la energía eléctrica esté cerca de la línea central de la línea electrificada, se pueden utilizar alimentaciones intermedias, lo que también contribuye a reducir la caída de tensión al final de la línea.

ELEMENTOS COMPLEMENTARIOSLos cambios de dirección y/o las desviaciones de posibles obstáculos en la ruta de la línea se pueden realizar utilizando juntasflexibles. Para las uniones con elementos rectilíneos, se comportan como las alimentaciones de cabezal.

CAJAS DE DERIVACIÓN (ENCHUFES)- Las cajas de derivación se utilizan para el suministro eléctrico de

fuerza motriz para usuarios monofásicos y trifásicos.- Pueden insertarse/extraerse cuando el conducto de barras está bajo

tensión.- Todas las cajas y componentes aislantes están hechos de material

plástico autoextinguible.- El contacto de tierra (PE) alcanza la carcasa exterior antes de insertar

los contactos de fase y neutro en los conductores del sistema.- Debido a su construcción, la caja de derivación no se puede

insertar incorrectamente.- Los contactos de las cajas a los conductos de barras se ejecutan

mediante pinzas.Se presentan en las siguientes versiones:- 32A para conexión directa- 32A con guía DIN para interruptores modulares (4/8 módulos) o

The SATISTART busbar trunking systems are used in the industry sector, in the service sector and in warehouses that need an electrical distribution for low and medium voltage equipment.The whole SATISTART system ensures an IP52 degree of protection. By applying covers to tap-off outlets, the IP55 degree of protection is achieved. All system parts are fire-retardant according to the regulations in force.

STRAIGHT ELEMENTS- 4 different rated currents: 63A/100A/160A/250A.- 4 aluminium conductors with the same cross section.- In the straight element conductors are separated by a self-extinguishing

technopolymer strip holder.- Quick snap and screw-type locking mounting guarantees the electrical

continuity of the protective earthing conductor (PE housing).- Junction units absorb any conductor thermal expansion.

COMPLEMENTARY ELEMENTSChanges in direction and/or deviations from possible obstacles on the route of the line can be made by using flexible junction units. In case of connection with straight elements, they behave like end power supplies.

JUNCTION BOXES (PLUGS)- Junction boxes are used to power loads for single-phase and three-

phase equipment.- They can be inserted and removed when the busbar trunking system is

live.- All boxes and insulating parts are made of self-extinguishing plastic

material.- The protective earthing contact (PE) reaches the external housing before

inserting the phase and neutral contacts into the system conductors.- The junction box has been designed so that it cannot be inserted

incorrectly.- Boxes on the busbar trunking units are fitted with jaw-type contacts.They are available in the following versions:- 32A for direct connection- 32A with a DIN rail for modular switches (4/8 modules) or fuse holder.- 32A with fuse holder.- 50A with fuse holder.- 63A for direct connection- 63A with a DIN rail for modular switches (4/8 modules) or fuse holder.- 63A with fuse holder.- 100A for direct connection- 100A with a DIN rail for modular switches (8 modules) or fuse holder.- 100A with fuse holder.

La serie de conductos de barras SATIGO se utiliza en industrias, en el sector terciario y en almacenes donde necesita una distribución eléctrica para instalaciones de mediana y grande potencia.Todo el sistema SATIGO garantiza un grado de protección IP44. Con la adición de obturadores para ventanas, alcanza el grado de protección IP55. Todos los componentes del sistema son pirorretardantes de acuerdo con la normativa vigenteEn todos los elementos (rectilíneos, curvas, conexiones paneles/transformadores) se inserta una junta para el montaje rápido de los elementos con el bloqueo de los conductores por medio de un solo perno. Ajuste con tornillo de la carcasa exterior que garantiza la continuidad eléctrica del conductor de protección (PE).

ELEMENTOS RECTILÍNEOSLos sistemas SATIGO se proporcionan:- Dos versiones: transporte de energía y distribución.- barras de 3 metros, en la versión de distribución están presentes nr.

5 tomas con paso de 0,5 metros.- 5 capacidades distintas 315A/400A/630A/800A/1000A.- 4 conductores en aleación de aluminio con sección igual.- En el elemento rectilíneo, los conductores están aislados en el aire y

separados por un soporte para bisagra en tecnopolímero autoextinguible.

- Las juntas de perno único absorben cualquier expansión térmica de los conductores. Por lo tanto, no se deben esperar elementos de expansión térmica en la composición del sistema.

- En las instalaciones verticales de los tubos ascendentes no es necesario proporcionar elementos con abrazaderas de barra.

ALIMENTACIONES- Las alimentaciones se proporcionan con los respectivos cierres de

final de línea.- La conexión es rápida como en elementos rectilíneos.- Se proporcionan en dos versiones: con junta (IZQUIERDA) y sin junta

(DERECHA).- Las alimentaciones de 315A a 1000A están equipadas con placas de

acoplamiento para terminales.- Para instalaciones donde el punto de llegada de la energía eléctrica

esté cerca de la línea central de la línea electrificada, se pueden utilizar alimentaciones intermedias, lo que también contribuye a reducir la caída de tensión al final de la línea.

ELEMENTOS COMPLEMENTARIOSJuntasflexibles:- Los cambios de dirección y/o las desviaciones de posibles obstáculos

en la ruta de la línea se pueden realizar utilizando juntas flexibles. Para las conexiones con elementos rectilíneos, se comportan como las alimentaciones de cabezal.

Ángulos:- Se proporcionan ángulos horizontales y verticales para los cambios

de dirección.- Las dimensiones externas son las mismas para todas las medidas de

CAJAS DE DERIVACIÓN (ENCHUFES)Todas las cajas de derivación de la serie SATISTART, son compatibles con el sistema SATIGO. Además, solo para esta línea de productos, se proporcionan enchufes de 160A y 250A (este último solo para medidas de 400A a 1000A).- Las cajas de derivación se utilizan para el suministro eléctrico de

fuerza motriz para usuarios monofásicos y trifásicos.- Se pueden insertar/extraer cuando el sistema de conductos de barras

está bajo tensión.- Todas las cajas y componentes aislantes están hechos de material

plástico autoextinguible, con la excepción de las cajas de 250A, cuya parte externa está hecha en metal.

- El contacto de tierra (PE) alcanza la carcasa exterior antes de insertar los contactos de fase y neutro en los conductores del sistema.

- Debido a su construcción, la caja de derivación no se puede insertar incorrectamente.

- Los contactos de las cajas a los conductos de barras se ejecutan mediante pinzas.

- Imposibilidad de acceder a las partes bajo tensión cuando la puerta de la caja de derivación esté abierta.

The SATIGO busbar trunking systems are used in the industry sector, in the service sector and in warehouses that need an electrical distribution for medium and high voltage equipment.The whole SATIGO system ensures an IP44 degree of protection. By applying covers to tap-off outlets, the IP55 degree of protection is achieved. All system parts are fire-retardant according to the regulations in force.

STRAIGHT ELEMENTSSATIGO systems are available in:- Two versions: power transmission and distribution.- 3-m busbars. The distribution version is equipped with 5 plugs (pitch: 0.5

m).- 5 different rated currents: 315A/400A/630A/800A/1000A.- 4 aluminium alloy conductors with the same cross section.- In the straight element conductors are isolated in the air and separated

by a self-extinguishing technopolymer strip holder.- Single bolt joints absorb any conductor thermal expansion. Therefore,

thermal expansion elements are not to be provided in the composition of the system.

- In case of vertical installation (rising mains), it is not necessary to provide bars with locking elements.

JUNCTION BOXES (PLUGS)All SATISTART junction boxes (32A/50A/63A/100A) are compatible with the SATIGO system. Furthermore, only for this product range, 160A and 250A plugs are provided (the latter only for rated currents from 400A to 1000A).- Junction boxes are used to power loads for single-phase and three-

phase equipment.- They can be inserted and removed when the busbar trunking system is

live.- All boxes and insulating parts are made of self-extinguishing plastic

material, with the exception of the 250A boxes, whose external part is made of metal.

- The protective earthing contact (PE) reaches the external housing before inserting the phase and neutral contacts into the system conductors.

- The junction box has been designed so that it cannot be inserted incorrectly.

En las imágenes a continuación, es posible observar el campo magnético generado por un conducto de barras de 630A alimentado por una trío trifásico balanceado. Utilizando las medidas o las simulaciones numéricas es posible obtener información sobre la intensidad de inducción magnética en función de la distancia desde el conducto. A partir de este gráfico, es posible determinar la franja de protección asociada al valor de inducción magnética considerada significativa desde el punto de vista de la protección que se quiere adoptar, p. ej. 3 μT para la población (en Italia) o aproximadamente 0,1 μT para la protección de un microscopio electrónico.

In the images below you can observe the magnetic field generated by a 630A busbar trunking unit fed by a balanced three-phase triad. Measurements or numerical simulations can be used to obtain information on the intensity of the magnetic induction depending on the distance from the busbar trunking unit. From this graph you can determine the buffer zone associated with the magnetic induction value considered significant for the protection to be adopted, e.g. 3 μT for the population (in Italy) or about 0.1 μT for the protection of an electron microscope.

En la que Kb es un coeficiente vinculado a aspectos constructivos del conducto y se muestra en la tabla anterior, I es la corriente que corre a través del conducto (expresada en A) y r es la distancia desde el centro del conducto (expresada en cm).
